Sunset Rentals | Colonnade Club 146

Come explore the southern charm of Shipyard while staying at our Colonnade Club rentals Hilton Head. Colonnade 146 is a 2nd floor, Colonnade condo featuring all luxury vinyl flooring and Ashley furniture. The property also features flat-screen TVs in each room and lush island views.

The living area is outfitted with a leather sleeper sofa, loveseat and a large wall-mounted TV. You can also access the private patio through doors in the living room. Enjoy the island view while you relax on the rockers with your cup of coffee or glass of wine.

The beautifully updated kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry and new appliances. Enjoy a home cooked meal using the air fryer, crock pot and rice cooker/steamer. The dining area, which is between the kitchen and living room, features seating for 6.

The main bedroom features a new king Marriott mattress, large walk-in closet and a large flat screen TV. This room also has a private bathroom with granite double sinks and a new walk-in shower!

The guest bedroom features 2 new twin beds and a flat screen TV. This room has access to to a hall bath with a new tiled walk-in shower.

146 Colonnade is located just steps from 6th tee box of the Galleon Golf Course, and guests can easily take the short walk or bike ride to the beach through the private pedestrian path. Shipyard provides bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. The owners have provided 2 beach chairs for guests to use and have outfitted the property with thoughtful extras such as an oil diffuser and essential oils.

Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

What a fabulous stay! The condo is exactly as described online. Excellent stocked kitchen with nice amenities. We had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Great location! Appreciated all the small touches. There was some extra laundry soap, enough dishwasher soap for two loads, which was all we needed. The beach chairs were really nice to have. (We left two nice boogie boards there because we couldn’t get them back in the car—hopefully they will get some fun use!) My family of 4 (me, husband, two adult sons) would definitely stay here again! Great seating for hanging out and talking! We played a lot of games at the kitchen table.

Super Clean Great Location

Excellent location just a few blocks walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops! Wonderful family friendly unit! We had an issue with the battery dying on the keypad and the management company was easily accessible and had it fixed immediately. Condo was super clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

The unit was recently remodeled and very clean. Check-in/out process was efficient and hassle-free. Property manager was very responsive and even resolved a Wi-Fi issue after 10pm on a Saturday. Only a couple minor issues…neither outlet in the master bathroom worked and the shower head in the guest bath wasn’t great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful VRBO

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation to Hilton Head. The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The entire gated community was meticulously landscaped and had walking/biking paths throughout. The path to the beach was super close and the beach itself was only a short half mile trek. Our family also thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s pool. We would love to stay here again next year!

We wanted to beat the summer heat but ended up having an unusual heat wave early. We enjoyed ourselves anyway love the walk on the beach each morning and sitting people watching in the afternoon with shopping in between.. We would stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

It was very clean and organized and it really encompassed the beachy vacation feeling. It was a very cute and cozy housing experince. We rented bikes and we rode them everyday and it was a very quick and scenic route to the beach via the beach access path. Everything you could need was included in the condo and made our stay that much easier and nicer. The condo community pool was also right next door to our condo and was a quick walk away. It was very convenient to stop by for a quick swim. The pool was very clean and had a very relaxing layout paired with the gorgeous trees surrounding the pool area. Overall we loved our stay and had a great vacation and beach getaway!
