16 Continental Club is an updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean! This rare find is ideally situated in a small, private community and is uniquely positioned next to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.
The stair-free 1st level of the property features an open-concept floor plan with a comfortable living area featuring a Smart TV and access to the private patio. This large, well-manicured patio has plenty of seating space and a propane grill.
Back inside, you'll find a dining table for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinets and a full size laundry center.
The main bedroom is also on this level. This room features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the private patio and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Up the stairs you'll find 2 guest rooms. The first has a king bed, private balcony over looking the patio area, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed with access to a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
The owners of this property have provided a crib, high chair, stroller and beach wagon for guest use!
There is parking available for 1 car only in an assigned parking space. Please display the hangtag located in the property in the parked vehicle in the assigned space.

The home was great, lots of space and privacy. Easy to recharge there for activities. Public beach access is an easy 0.3 mile walk.
