Townhouse Tennis #18 has new owners and have made several updates throughout the home. You will feel right at home on the island with this bright & comfortable decor. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Beautiful Views, Quiet Townhome, perfect for relaxing, riding your bike or getting lost in a good book. This home has a King in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the guest bedroom, and 1 Double & 1 Twin in the 3rd Bedroom + queen sofa bed. Shipyard is gated, and this townhouse is just a short distance to the beach parking within Shipyard Plantation. By biking along the leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard, guests have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. **TENNIS COURTS WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 2025 FOR MAINTENANCE** The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

The property's was great however the rental agency Seashore vacations were extremely rude and their check in process was not accurate. I've came to HHI twice per year for over 20 years and this was my first experience with Seashore vacations.

Overall, the townhouse was clean, comfortable and located near many great restaurants, bars and other activities. The back patio has great views and is where we spent most of the time. However, some minor upgrades (electrical, doors off tracks, furniture fixes, etc.) are needed. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Very comfortable house for our family of four convenient location, well equipped kitchen and home great location to restaurants, beaches, and activities. Received a credit we used to rent 4 bikes. That was a nice perk!

Great family option and location

The layout was great, especially with 2 older teens. The proximity to Coligny was awesome and Shipyard, in general, is just such a nice neighborhood to stay in. The condo has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved it!

Overall very good

The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate. Very well equipped kitchen however the house sleeps 8 and there were not enough forks for 8 people. We had to use plastic all week. Living room and master bedroom were nicely updated, back porch area was quiet and super nice. I few minor updates would make a big impact on this property. The washing machine doesn’t properly drain so we had to manually run spin cycles after every wash. Light bulbs need to be replaced throughout. The location was great and overall it was very nice. A little TLC would just make it better.

Upstairs temperature control

The condo was great. The only suggestion I would make is: Add another heating and air conditioner unit for upstairs. There was a 15 degrees difference from up stairs and down stairs.

Great location. Pool was nice. The condo was not very clean. We had to wipe out the fridge before we could use it and we washed the dishes before using them. There was dust built up on the light fixtures. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning. The beds were really comfortable which was great! We love Hilton Head and this location was close to everything.

So Amazing great location

This place was very close to the beach about 10 min walk. The tennis and pool is right across the house and it’s in a great location. Shopping and food is all walking distance and the grocery stores are close by. This place has plenty of space and I can’t wait to come back to this house in the near future :)
