'Renovated Italian Style Villa!' A little taste of Tuscany in Hilton Head. Granite, marble and ceramic tile surround you at this getaway. This luxurious, fully furnished, Two Bedroom, Two Bath, villa with gourmet kitchen, living room with a beautiful smart TV, and private balcony overlooking newly renovated tennis courts and Hilton Head marsh. Use of tennis courts are FREE. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided.

Many upgrades to resort including a newly constructed boardwalk across scenic marsh for private beach access. Many upgrades this year to resort including balcony, indoor pool area (with free WI-FI), and cabana located at the beach.

After having fun in the sun, return to the comfort of your villa to relax. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and bar area is the perfect place for everyone. Just bring the food and drinks, everything else is at your fingertips.

The private balcony offers the perfect location for morning coffee or enjoying cocktails while you capture the evening sunset.

Spacious bedrooms (queen size beds/linens included) and your 2 full bathrooms (towels included) have everything you need for your comfort during your stay. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room easily accomodates two persons.

You have to put your feet on our beautiful sandy beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater moarsh teaming with wildlife such as herons and egrets.

At the beach you will find the resort's private cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. No roads to cross and just short walk gets you the best and most secluded beach area on the island. We provide beach chairs and a beach cart.

This centrally located resort is a 24-hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beaches. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.

There are picnic tables and grills, playgrounds for the kids, private sun deck, horseshoe pit, on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, six lighted tennis courts racquetball courts, washers and dryers on second and fourth floors, elevators on every floor, and ample parking.

All of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!

Lovely villa and property

We had a blast! The villa was perfect for the 4 of us. We played tennis and were able to frequent the pools on the property. Beach was close very nice board walk. We appreciated the shuttle to the beach for my 81 year old mother. Coco’s was a fun little beach bar to hang. Close to everything. Great time!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Thhe check in process was easy. It had all of the amenities we needed, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.We enjoyed the indoor pool area when the weather was bad.The no cleaning fees was a added plus because we always try to leave any place we stay clean regardless of a fee. Also there was a good many people here but it was still quiet and peaceful. We would love to return in the future.

Quick Spring break get away

Elena was very gracious to let us check in early and leave late. She was very friendly and just a text away if we needed anything. There was a great bar Coco’s right on the beach with great drinks and food. The beach is a bit of a walk but Elena has a beach cart for use and there is a golf cart shuttle that will take you.

Amazing Slice of Heaven at the Beach

This condo is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Everything was perfect and made us feel like we were home. I'm pretty sure the master bath shower is the best shower I've ever had in my life and our little one (we went to celebrate her 5th birthday) had the time of her life. Great location, great amenities, great communication with the owners, everything was wonderful and we can't wait to come back!

4th of July on the Beach

The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful. Amazing to see all that wildlife on your walk to the beach. The beach was amazing. The fireworks on the beach!!!!!! for the 4th of July was incredible. After a full day of fun, coming back to such a comfortable place to stay was so nice, and thank heavens for the air conditioning. The host was great to communicate with. This place is everything they said it is. Would definitely recommend.

It was a decent stay. Nice chill location. It just the overall resort needs a little remodeling. For the price I wouldn't mind staying again. The host was great at responding and had no problem answering any questions. I loved the fact that the host suggested restaurant and fun things to do.

Great HHI Condo

This was a great condo during our stay at HHI. Although it is one of the older resorts on HHI, the amenities are excellent. The bar by the beach was fun, and the access to the beach could not have been easier. It was a little bit of a walk, but they have a shuttle that runs people out to the edge of the beach on a regular basis. The condo has been updated and it's very comfortable with all of the creature comforts that are needed. Our one complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little on the hard side for us, but that just could be us. Overall, the condo was excellent and we enjoyed staying here.

Perfect vacation

First at all, it was not great, but perfect communication with the owner Elena. She is great!!!!!! Beautiful condo with everything we needed and even more then we expected. Kitchen is full with all necessities. This condo has two bedrooms and two beds. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room. There are everything in this condo to play tennis and we used it. This condo has cart to load beach stuff which is big plus as well. We liked beautiful walk to the beach with long bridge and beautiful birds to watch during walk. Walk along the shore is extra bonus during cold months. Especially, we liked to ride bikes from one to another side of this beautiful island. We spent great time in this condo and in this Island. Thank you Elena very much for everything

Had a great stay in this two bedroom and it was cozy and enough room for what we needed and affordable! The pools were great for what we needed and utilized the golf cart shuttle quite a bit to the beach but once you hit the boardwalk it wasn’t a bad walk at all! Loved our stay!
