Hilton Head Resort is a private gated resort with 24-hour security and is centrally located on the island. There is something for the whole family to do without getting leaving the resort.
Our condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath and is on the 2nd Floor of Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort. Our unit accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. It is fully furnished and stocked with amenities for an enjoyable stay.
This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED, Kid friendly unit. Must meet Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to Rent this unit.
KITCHEN: is well equipped with dishes, silverware, tea/coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, dish soap and ceiling fan.
DINING ROOM: Table to seat 4 comfortably and a breakfast bar with 2 additional seats.
LIVING ROOM: is a great place to relax on either the sofa or chair. A 50-inch TV with access to HD cable channels is available for your use. Free Secure Wi-Fi is available.
MASTER BEDROOM with a King bed and plenty of drawer space for your clothing. A 32-inch TV with HD cable viewing is available.
GUEST BEDROOM: has a full bed that can comfortably sleep 2 along with a twin size for one additional guest. A 28-inch TV is available to watch HD cable TV
EN SUITE MASTER BATH: connected to Master Bedroom, full tub and sink.
GUEST BATHROOM: is located off the hallway with a full-size tub .
Each bathroom includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, facial and body soaps. Bath towels are available for use within the unit only.
The Resort and our condo are a great value while not sacrificing the quality and the many amenities of the more expensive resorts on the island.

Building 2: Large sun deck
Building 3: Indoor pool (heated in the winter), exercise room, jogging track, sauna, whirlpool, and wireless Internet in common areas

Take a stroll on the 200-yard private boardwalk to the beach or ride the complimentary shuttle and enjoy the salt-water marsh wildlife.
At the end of the boardwalk, you find “Coco’s on the Beach” bar and grill (closed during the winter) and beach volleyball court.
If golfing is your game, Trent Jones Golf Courses at Palmetto Dunes is conveniently located next door.
Linens provided except for Beach Towels. Beach chairs with beach wagon are available for your use in locked storage unit.
New credit / gift card operated laundry is available outside unit on the same floor less than a minute walk.

Hilton Head is known for its bike paths across the island, so spend a fun day biking, stopping at Shelter Cove to enjoy live music, playing on the playground, shopping or eating at wonderful restaurants. Other unique areas to visit are Harbour Town, Coligny Plaza, Creek Cats Tour, Savannah, or just play and relax at the beach! Biking, fishing, dolphin watching, horseback riding, cinemas, boating sailing, shelling, hiking, live theater, swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, miniature golf, parasailing, public golf courses, crabbing, museums, sightseeing, and too much to list.
