To comply with Japanese regulations, we must collect the following information:



•Full name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay

•For non-Japanese guests: a copy of your passport photo page (with nationality and passport number)

🏠 House Rules



• No shoes indoors – Help us keep the space clean and tidy.

• No smoking inside the apartment. A $200 USD penalty will be charged by the property management if smoking is detected.

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. If we receive noise complaints, we may contact you. Repeated disturbances may result in police involvement. Please be considerate of neighbors.



⏰ Check-In & Check-Out



• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

‼️Please be on time, as we need to prepare the room for the next guests.



🛏 Sofa Bed Setup



• The sofa beds are self-service and simple to set up—just 2 minutes! All necessary bedding (clean sheets, duvet covers, futon mats, and pillowcases) is provided and stored neatly in the labeled storage cabinet.



🗑 Garbage Disposal



• If the garbage bin becomes full during your stay, please contact me and I will arrange for a staff member to collect it promptly.



🧼 Cleaning & Towels



• For stays longer than one night, please use the in-room washing machine to clean towels.

• No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.

• The room is professionally cleaned after check-out only.

• After check-out, luggage storage is not available — thank you for your understanding.
