The property is conveniently located near Hiroshima station and the tram stop. We booked this hotel because it advertised washer/dryer in the room. When we checked in, we saw a note saying the dryer function does not work. Had to devise a plan on drying our clothes due to this inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and spacious for our stay.

Great location. Loved the view of the river and city from the top floor patio. Plenty of restaurants close with hiroshima station only a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend if youre spending a night or two in Hirishoma!

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Decent stay in Hiroshima

Pleasantly surprised. This hotel wasn't fancy. It didn't have an onsite restaurant or a fancy lobby. However, our room (with no view) was a decent size with 2 king size beds and a mini kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable and location is a 8 min. walk from Hiroshima station. We only stayed 2 nights and found ourselves eating in restaurants nearby. The A Bomb site/Peace museum is a 30min walk. Reception staff were very polite.

Loved this hotel!

This was one of the best hotel rooms we have had in Japan. It was roomy, had a balcony, washing machine and large bathroom. We loved utilizing the rooftop terrace - it was a lovely place to relax at the end of day and watch the sunset over Hiroshima.

Very adorable studio. I could live her for months on my own. I came with my family 4 of us, and the space is perfect fits everyone, it is very clean and very convenient since it is so close to the train station. Oh you have two go have breakfast at the Ava hotel restaurant La Vberanda the best.

Wonderful hotel

We actually stayed here for 6 nights ( Extended our stay for 3 more nights) Coveniently located nearby hiroshima train station. Front desk was manned by courteous humans, unlike some hotels where front desks are manned remotely. We left our luggage prior to checking in. They had moved our luggage into our room when we returned. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed, Highly recommend.

★★★★★ Our stay at Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige was absolutely fantastic! The hotel had the largest bathroom we’ve ever experienced in Japan, complete with an excellent rainwater shower head and a separate large, deep bath—pure luxury. As an apartment-style hotel, it included amazing amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and cooking facilities, making our stay incredibly convenient. The rooftop area was a great bonus, offering a lovely space to relax. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to stay here again—highly recommended!

Small windows but the room size was huge and the hotel is pretty new. Nice large western style bathroom with full size tub and separate shower. Clothes washer and mid size refrigerator (with separate freezer) were a convenient plus.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. It had exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size. The beds were very comfortable (for us as we like our mattresses firmer), and the bathroom amazing. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare and enjoy meals. Our apartment was on the 7th floor and fhe view from the balcony was nice. We felt safe in the area day/night. The only downside and what I found a bit silly was that we had arrived for check-in at 2pm and I had asked if early check-in would be possible rather than having to wait until 4pm, and we were told that we would have to pay an extra ¥2000 to check-in early even though the apartment was ready. We had opted to have our luggage stored and came back at a later time. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if available in the future.
