We had a pretty decent stay at Acnos Hotel. Its location is close to places we want to visit. The rooms are fair (TV remote does not properly work, air conditioning sometimes gets too cold even if we turned the unit off.)The breakfast food choices are mediocre and not appetizing. The staff are helpful though.

Room design is nice and the shower facility is satisfying The only feedback is the Pillows The pillows are too flat and only 1 pillow provided per guest So it is impossible to stack up 2 pillows to raise the height I got stiff neck after a night stay so I hope this can be improved so that I can continue to stay there in my next trip

The hotel is in a convenient location, though it’s right on some major roads, so crossing can be stressful if you’re not comfortable with busy HCM traffic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a positive. Staff during the day seemed a bit disinterested, but the night staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, a pretty ordinary stay, with the main strengths being cleanliness and location.

Expected more for the price

The lobby is very beautiful, there are free water bottles in the room and the breakfast had a lot of yummy fresh fruit. There were a couple downsides to the stay, there were small white bugs all over the night stands, on the bathroom counter and on the shelves in the room. There were a couple ants we noticed as well which weren’t a big deal but the white bugs got on our bags. The receptionist coordinated a taxi for us to go to dinner but it took us to the wrong address in a completely different district and we had to get someone to translate it was the wrong place. If this hotel was half the price, I would have expected some of these issues.
