3 nights in Ho Chi Minh

We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. We tried the spa for a massage on the last day as it had just opened, which was great. We used the rooftop bar on 3 occasions, great service and excellent views across the.city over to the River Saigon. The location of this hotel is superb, immediately opposite Ben Thanh market with so many souvenirs, shirts, etc. Many of the major sites (Imdependence Palace, War Remnants museum,etc) are walkable. The breakfst was very good and the staff could not do enough to help. It was a good hotel but all the staff from the doormen, reception staff, breakfast team, bar staff,.everyone! They made this an excellent stay.

New hotel with great staff beside Ben Thanh

A gem right beside Ben Thanh, surrounded by so much good food. New hotel with great facilities and a wonderful breakfast spread - you can choose from the buffet spread AND order from a menu where your food is freshly prepared. From the front door, you can look inside Ben Thanh! I loved how they contacted me before my stay and offered airport transfers which were ever so slightly more than Grab. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right across the Ben Thanh Market. It’s surrounded by coffee shops, massage parlors, restaurants and the like. Please take note that this is a boutique hotel so it’ll be small compared to the others. Make no mistake though, the service is outstanding (kudos to Ms Kati, Ms Anna and the bellhops that I forgot to ask their names), the breakfast is excellent. I think the only thing that I would ask is for the bacon to be cooked a bit more.:) We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely consider staying here again when we get a chance to come back.

I had a great experience staying at this wonderful boutique hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with unique touches that give it real character. While the pool area was still under construction during my visit, it’s clear that once completed, it will be a beautiful and relaxing space that adds even more appeal to the property. Overall, I was very impressed by the quality of service and the charm of the hotel. I’m looking forward to returning.

Fantastic boutique hotel! The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced—Katy, Nelly, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations and fix any issues that arose. The room was as described with a wonderful view of the Ben Thanh market. It’s in a great location with many attractions within walking distance. We loved it so much that we’re rebooking this hotel after we returning from travel in the North. (Oh, and the breakfast selection is phenomenal.)

Beautiful, new boutique hotel in a great location. We had a julet balcony room, which was a fair size and comfortable. The rooftop pool has great views across HCMC. Good breakfast offer and welcoming and warm staff. Would stay again!

The highlight was most definitely the staff. Really accommodating and super friendly. My friend wasn't well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that she was well looked after medically. Cannot rate them high enough. The facilities weren't all available. No gym and sauna as the hotel only just recently opened. Understandably Great value for money, perfect location right in the heart of the city

The location is excellent. Although the property is not so large, the staff were extremely courteous, specially Kati at the front desk. The rooftop pool is quite small in case you plan to swim. Breakfast spread is decent. It's between a 3 and 4 star and not a 5 star for sure.
