The room was spacious, clean and serviced everyday. Breakfasts were very good with a wide range of options. Free snacks were served in the afternoon in the bar area. The pool was a nice haven to relax in. Best of all were the staff - always friendly, polite and smiling .

Consumption issue

I did not consume anything from the minibar. However, after checking, the housekeeping staff informed me that I had. Upon inspection, I noticed that the chocolate packaging had been opened, but the item itself was not consumed. Such deceptive behavior makes me unwilling to stay here again.

Overall a disappointing stay. Very loud noises in the hallway much of the night. The room itself was extremely dated. The bathroom was not a clean as expected for this level of a hotel. I would recommend looking elsewhere!
