High in the sky

We were travelling without internet so did not get the self registration instructions but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond and got them for us. Amazing beds! Easy to get transportation right out front. Not as easy to use the pool (not possible when short stay) but relaxing to have a two bedroom where we could spend time with our friend while sitting on a couch. The room we got was not the one I booked but better view, great to get laundry done mid trip

Quiet & clean base to explore Saigon from

Great place to start in Saigon with kids - massive park & multiple playgrounds across the road. Need to taxi into the city (90,000 dong & 20min) for more authentic restaurant choices

Had a wonderful stay, amazing location, lots of convenient shops and restaurants. Stunning viewing and very close to the CBD. Ruby was super supportive and friendly, parking in the basement was a bit stressful so make sure you have Ruby's number to call her just in case. Definitely will stay here again.

Its a 5 stars service!!! The host is excellent and very honest, the place is beautiful with excellent view...everything is brand new!! Ignore all the old reviews about the place. You’ll love the place. Everything is closed by and very convenient. I will alway stay here when i’m in saigon.

Good location, management response right away to help us what we need. A lot of good restaurants around neighborhoods event Korea Japanese restaurants and Starbucks coffee kiosk but the TV without cable channels only YouTube is working, kitchen stoves is not working well to cook instant noodles they need to fix that. I booked a river view but gots citi view room with 5% refunds from management I thing e Expedia customers services need to working with their clients to guarantee the right room we already booked and paid for my room and not cheating like this case. I look forward to hear from Expedia customer service department

Nice apartment. Feel like home. Minor problem bother me is the property manager, Kevin, wants to move us to a different apartment after our first night. We need to argue with him for along time in order to keep our rooms.

Reasonable price and the rooms and beds are tidy. Bathroom cleanliness can improve and the WiFi signal in the master bedroom (I booked a 2-bedroom unit) is weak and got disconnected. Otherwise, good place to stay.

LANDLORD UNRESPONSIVE - If you are traveling for business or pleasure I wouldn’t recommend staying here all for one single reason...landlord NOT responsive period. I had a hard time getting a hold of them once I arrived and waited for hours. Finally when they called back and get you checked in the processs was very unprofessional. After I settled in and found out there was no toilet paper in one of the bathroom and when called we got no response until 2 days later. I ended up going downstairs to buy my own toilet paper...imagine that. UNLESS YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THEN MY ADVICE IS YO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LANDLORD AS POSSIBLE.

OLD BED SHEETS - Unless you want to sleep on old sheets, or run out of toilet paper and when texted the landlord no one response. That was my experience with the landlord as she is so excited to check you in then just let you hanging and will response a day or two later when she has some time. She is great at checking you in and once you are checked in then who cares if you need anything afterward. I will never rent from this landlord again as that is unfortunate since I am regular traveler the last few years to VN. Besides, the floor is filled with dust and the sheet is old never replaced from one tenant to the next, and worst of all the internet doesn't work period. I have asked multiple times but she kept saying that she will fix it but at the end of my stay still she hasn't. What a joke!!! If you are business traveler like me then its best you don't stay here since you can't get nothing done... If and when the problem exists, good luck in reaching her...

DO NOT RENT HERE BECAUSE OF THEFT. I rented 9 days with this landlord and without any notice on the 4th day she thrown all of my belongings inside my suitcases including my Apple laptop which was damaged due to the move. Out of 20 years plus of traveling this had never happened to me. This is invading of personal privacy not counting how dirty the places really is especially the couches and the bed sheet seems like never been replaced from one biking to another. I also found used condom near the closet which is absolutely disgusting. Unless you want to sleep on used sheets, stinky couch, used condoms left behind and your things taken, I will never rent from this landlord as long as I live. She goes by HOASUN Vinhome
