Don't be fooled by "free minibar" which is an expedia feature of this hotel. All this means is free water and soda which by definition is not what a minibar is (alcoholic beverages). One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free minibar feature of this resort. Staff said they would look into this but never got back to us. On top of that, we found the service on the rooftop bar to be extremely slow and overpriced (more than triple the price for a regular beer in the city). Room was nice but not very well soundproof.

Excellent Stay

Perfect hotel for stay in Ho Chi Minh. Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customers service, all staff were extremely friendly professional and helpful with special thanks to Nancy and Ashley as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea was delicious and the location of the hotel ideal as it is a short walk from the main attractions or taxis are a very cheap alternative, I used the grab app which worked well. Overall I would highly recommended this hotel and would like to thank the staff of the hotel for making it extra special for my honeymoon. All the best.

Nice hotel in a central location. We could walk to all the things we wanted to see. Our room was high up so we weren’t affected by the noisy crazy chaos outside. We were upgraded which was good as the first room they showed us was too small. There were a few things we pointed out as unsatisfactory, but the staff were very helpful and put things right immediately. The food was good. Excellent breakfast choices.

お部屋は広くて綺麗です。バスタブがジェットバスだったので、歩き回った疲れた足を休めるのに最高でした！トイレもウォシュレット付きで良かったです。 ルーフトップからの景色も最高！ 帰りのフライトが夜中でしたが、チェックアウト後もアフタヌーンティーの利用もできました。空港向かう前にシャワーも浴びることができて、1日の汗を流して着替えもできたのは、本当によかったです！ スタッフのみなさんも皆親切で、心地良い滞在でした。 また利用したいです！

Wonderful hotel

If I could give 10 stars for this hotel, I would! It was such a wonderful hotel, the architecture was amazing! It's in the heart of district 1 so the location is perfect. It's a busy area but you can't hear any noise from outside. Our room was fantastic, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had some delicious fresh fruit in our room and a free mini bar which was a lovely touch. The restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely and there were vegan options available. We were offered a free bottle of wine and a discount in the restaurant for dinner. The evening meal was lacking vegan options and we would have preferred some Vietnamese options so we didn't use this offer. We also had the offer of free afternoon tea but again we didn't have it. That being said, it wouldn't stop me staying here again. All the staff were so friendly, a special thank you to Ashley and Jonny who were very helpful and all the staff who served us for breakfast. We had a late flight so we could leave our bags at the hotel and use the shower facilities before we left which we really appreciated after a hot day in the city. I highly recommend this hotel!
