Summary:
Our house is privately positioned in a picturesque area of Granton. It is the only house on this hill just like a hidden pearl in this forest, set on a private land surrounded by ocean, mountain and forest. With floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies delivery bright and sunny, there is nothing more satisfying than waking up surround by ocean and sunlight! House also has basic spices, coffee, coking oil, toaster, etc. 3 comfortable rooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, provides you pleasant holiday.

The Space:

Swimming Pool only open in the summer season. If you need to use the swimming pool, please check it in advance, thank you.

Flooded with light and warmth this architecturally designed home is both stunningly beautiful yet brilliantly functional and would suit a family wishing to immerse themselves in the casual laid back lifestyle so often desired and sought after in today's demanding and challenging times.

The house has been recently upgraded with 3 individual air conditioners installed, heating in every room, firewood has been delivered keeps warmth during the winter season.

The living room is very spacious and bright, and is equipped with a big sized smart TV, you can have a warm family gathering.

The lounge room is connected to the kitchen and has a printer and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.

Guest Access:
You can tour almost the whole place and walking in the forest, but be careful with cliffs and keep your little ones away from the edge.

Guests have the entire house to themselves for their stay and are encouraged to make themselves at home.

Self-check-in is available so guests can access the property via a key lockbox.

Other Things to Note:
***The bedroom window is located high above the ground. Please be mindful of your child as this is dangerous***

*** Get the key at the front door of the house, but you enter from the back door, front door only can access from inside. (please make sure don not lose them)***

*** The driveway is built around the house, so you can drive straight down the driveway without turning around ***

*** Swimming Pool only open in the summer season. If you need to use the swimming pool, please check it in advance, thank you***

Not like advertised

Had a lovely view but was not like the photos advertised. I dont think the pool had been cleaned for at least 12 months, when we asked about it we were given excuses.In regards to health and safety, very dangerous around the pool area, needs alot of maintenance and the door locks were not safe if there was a fire. Definitely will not be back.

Very disappointing

As per the last couple of reviews, the pool was still filthy and unavailable to use. The house felt dirty, the splashback area and cupboards above the cooker were sticky with grease, there was dirty crockery and curtains that didn't hang properly. No patio furniture at all and the bbq was unusable. Missing or dead batteries in the tv remotes and no spares to change them so we had to keep swapping them between devices. The house is in a great location but we certainly won't be returning. unusablwasunusable.Waoverpriced

We chose this property hoping to enjoy the surroundings and spend time outdoors.The pool, which I specifically asked about before booking this expensive stay, was unusable. The space around the house was unkempt. There wasn't a single piece of outdoor furniture. The barbecue was filthy.This is a pricey stay and we were very disappointed. It would also have been helpful to point out to visitors that due to long-term construction on the nearby bridge a lot of popular attractions were unreachable on public transport or Uber. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped inside, and the views are beautiful. But we were very disappointed and feel the description was misleading.

Over priced not as described no pool

I asked about the pool well in advance as this was the main reason we booked this place and although told it would be up and running I believe they had no intention of getting the pool ready. Also BBQ forget that no way you could use that it was like an old tin can, the place wasnt clean very very basic not even any chairs to sit outside on. When asked about the chairs was told to go out and buy some!!!.. xmas eve shopping for chairs I think not. Very disappointed totally ruined my family xmas that we had plannedbee9planning for long

Ankunft, leider keine Minute frĂŒher erlaubt. Check-in Informationen erst am Abend zuvor per Email. Internet bei Ankunft im Prinzip keines. Am nĂ€chsten Tag dann, nach massiver Beschwerde, als es um 2:00 nachts wenigstens Mails durchlĂ€sst! Rate wohl erschöpft. SpĂŒltabs kein einziges. Kamin, kein Feuerholz. Lavazza Kaffeemaschine, kein Kaffeepad, nur Nescafe Pulver, Öl, SalzPfeffer. KĂŒchentĂŒcher keine. Zustand Geschirr - fragwĂŒrdig. Gartenmöbel/Liege keine. Wenn man das verfleckte Sofa und den abblĂ€tternden Sofatisch als hochwertig fotografiert. Einen Pool vor dem Haus hat, der seit Monaten EntengrĂŒzze beinhaltet, einen immens großen Garten, der den Begriff "GĂ€rtner" nicht kennt, dann grenzt das mit Fotos und Preisklasse auch bei 200qm Wohnraum eben immer noch ein wenig an Hochstapelei. UrsprĂŒnglich wollte ich 2x2 Tage mit einer Unterbrechung dort zu Dritt ĂŒbernachten, aber mein GesprĂ€chspartner verlangte auch 2x2 ReinigungsgebĂŒhr, auch fĂŒr den Fall, dass er die 7 Tage dazwischen ggf. nicht vermietet hĂ€tte. Alles in allem eine sehr kleinliche Art mit dem Gast umzugehen. Er ist nicht wirklich willkommen. Man muss ja keine Flasche Wein fĂŒr 2 Tage hinstellen, aber vielleicht 2 SpĂŒlmaschinentabs. Und die Dunstabzugshaube verdient eine krĂ€ftige Fett-Reinigung. Da braucht man ja fast kein Öl mehr zum Anbraten. Wenns ordentlich warm ist, tropft sicher von oben was rein. Der Gipfel sind dann Vater und Sohn in feinem Zwirn und gutem Auto, die dann 9:00 vorfahren (Check-out 10:00)

We had a nice stay, great location over looking river, we saw a Bandicoot in the garden one night. Would have been nice with little extras like milk, dishwasher tablets etc, tourist information, pool was dirty. But lovely overall

The house was lovely but the bed in the master bedroom was only a double and a small double so for my husband of 192cm and myself 176cm we did not sleep very well as we just didnt fit in the bed.

A unique place to stay with a wonderful outlook across the water. Loved watching the changing tides and nature at your doorstep. Home is older but well kept and clean.

Great property, beautiful view

It was a lovely place to stay, only comment is the main door was locked and the side doors handle was starting to break. The windows stick a bit trying to open. Cleaning was good but a deeper clean could be completed lots of cobwebs and large huntsmen inside the property. Overall great, and communication with the property was amazing- I would stay again
