We went for Valentine’s Day and it was so packed that it was hard to get around in the casino but it was also so amazing to. The beds are great, staff was nice

Rooms need deep cleaning and major upgrades. We know the room was not vacuumed before we got there as there was a Fitbit watch in the middle of the floor. An electric outlet didn't have a cover over it, and dust was caked on the A/C vents and on the bathroom vents. The bedsheets were stained. The room had a slight mildew smell that never went away. And don't even think of having breakfast unless you like cereal and old bagels!

Room is dated, fridge cabinet dirty and breaking, and air quality. Those are the reasons that are major for me. Experienced runny nose, throat and chest congestion due to the heavy musky cigarette smoke smell. Poor air quality. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered.

the only thing I can fault the hotel is the TVs and system is not the biggest or brightest. but overall a nice place the staff was helpful and polit stayed 4 nights
