The house Marina is located on a large enclosed corner plot, only approx. 350 m to the next beach staircase.

Our house can accommodate 10 people in five bedrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with a baby bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Two full baths, one with a bath and shower (upper floor), the other with a shower and toilet (ground floor) offer enough space so that there is no crowding with 10 people. In addition, the house on the upper floor has a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The holiday home offers enough space to travel with two families, friends or grandparents.

Please note that during the high season (June to September) we only rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Sehr erholsame Ferien in gemütlichem Haus
Wir haben uns zu neunt mit Hund rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe des Hauses mit Frau Friedrichsen war angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage im Ort und die Strandnähe waren sehr schön, allerdings waren wir froh, dass wir nicht im Sommer dort waren, da die Straße zum Strand direkt am Haus vorbei führt und beide Nachbarhäuser sehr dicht ohne Abgrenzung am Haus liegen.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Die Schlafzimmer haben alle eine reelle Größe und es gibt gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Wir reisten mit 6 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern, einem Säugling und 2 Hunden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit 3 Generationen
Wir, Oma&Opa, Kinder und Enkelkinder, hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Zimmeraufteilung passte perfekt, wir hatten ausreichend Platz und mit den Schallplatten 2 lustige Abende. In der Küche ist für die große Personenzahl ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. In wenigen Minuten kommt man an den Strand über eine Treppe. Der Bäcker und Edeka sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, fährt kurz mit dem Auto in die Seestrasse und kann von dort alles erreichen Strand, Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Edeka.

Schönes, großes, gut aufgeteiltes und sauberes Ferienhaus
Ein schönes, großes Haus, ideal um - wie wir - mit einer größeren Familie Urlaub zu machen. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung der Räume, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Vermieterin samt völlig unkompliziertem Check-In und -Out sind hervorzuheben.
