This property has plenty of room to sprawl out and enjoy each other's company. There is a spacious entryway to store all those packing items that you necessarily don't want to track into a house (coolers, beach/fishing gear, shoes, etc.). There are 3 large bedrooms off the entryway each with their own queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The main floor area has a laundry room, large bedroom with a queen size bed and ample storage/closet space, bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all the common household items you would need to cook meals. Plenty of cabinet space to store groceries for your trip. A wonderful screened in porch that overlooks the water-has access to the outdoors from both ends and through the kitchen. It was nice to sit outside here on a rainy day without getting wet. There is a huge deck off the screened-in porch where you can grill and enjoy outdoor gatherings and meals. There's even a gated entry onto the deck; perfect for those with pets or small children. Basement has 1 large bedroom with a king size bed and closet space, bathroom with shower, and large living room. Living room has ample sitting space to relax and watch movies or to play games. Water access is across the road from the property. It has plenty of space with a bonfire area and shaded area to picnic, fish, dock a boat, and swim (with 2 rope swings). Water depth 12' around dock. Family of 6, ages 14-52, loved it here. Thank You, J&D
