The Rustic Reserve is a dark, rustic-modern cabin in Hollister's Tall Timbers Camp, built for groups who notice the details — vaulted wood-plank ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace surround, and four ensuite bedrooms so no one shares a bath. Three Kings and a full-over-full bunk room sleep 9, with two of the Kings on the main level.

Location & Community Amenities

Tall Timbers Camp guests have access to the clubhouse and shared amenities: a lazy river, a year-round indoor pool with a hot tub, a large outdoor pool, stocked catch-and-release fishing ponds, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a children's playground, and walking trails throughout the development. The community general store carries fresh pizza and pastries, with two food trucks by the outdoor pool. Golf carts are available to rent at the general store, and the community is walkable.

Guest Access

Self check-in by keypad at 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests have full access to the cabin and to the Tall Timbers Camp clubhouse amenities listed above. Three parking spots are located in front of the cabin, and boat/trailer parking is available within the development.

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT

Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
* This cabin has a wooded Ozark mountain setting with no water view and no direct water access — no private dock, shoreline, or path to the water. The nearest public water access is State Park Marina, roughly 15 minutes away.
* Entry requires one step up to the front door; the cabin is not wheelchair accessible. Two bedrooms are on the main level for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
* Minimum age to book is 24. No pets. No smoking.
