Dog Friendly - Beach Bungalow- Locally owned/operated. Inspected at each turnover. Three bedroom charmer set between two access points. Ocean views. Gas grill, outdoor seating, sand chairs and more. Half a block to beach access. Check-out time is 9:30am. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded in the summer.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

Much needed...
Beautiful view of the ocean. Along with peaceful surroundings...Makes for a much needed time away from everyday encounters... Thanks to the host and Verbo for making this happen! Best view from a 2nd row cottage I've stayed in yet.

Perfect for us and the pooch
The property was as described and location was close to the beach. Michelle was a gracious host and checked in to see that all was ok. We had a slight mixup on day of arrival but she made a special trip to see that lights were on for us. The yard is large for our dog to run but sandy- hey, it’s the beach A 5 star stay for Judy and I. Would stau there again.

Beautiful home and beautiful view
We had a great week long stay at this house! It was the perfect size for us and our dog. The fenced in yard is a great bonus. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s super close to the beach and we were able to watch the dolphins from the deck! I absolutely recommend this place!

Wonderful coastal gem just steps from the beach!
This property was perfect for our family of three over the Christmas break. The holiday decorations were much appreciated and the place was well stocked and furnished with everything we needed. Wonderful view of the ocean from the front porch and two public beach access points just a few minutes walk to the left and right of this second-row spot. It felt more spacious than the square footage suggests due to the open layout of the front kitchen/dining/living room area. Will try to book again in the future.

Great house/great host
Best place we've stayed in at Surf City. Michelle was very responsive and added little things to make our check in and visit smooth. Highly recommend especially if you are visiting with a dog. The large fenced in back yard was wonderful!
