As seen on HGTV's HOUSE HUNTERS in 2023!! This beautiful home-away-from-home features majestic views of the marsh and sound. This charming home includes 6 person hot tub, outdoor shower, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, combined with beautiful, harmonious décor to captivate you in this serene island setting. You can launch your kayak, paddle board or just sit on the dock and enjoy the tidal creeks at Topsail in this perfectly tucked away spot in this highly sought after neighborhood in Surf City.
You will find the kitchen on the main floor along with the living room that opens to a deck overlooking the sound. There is wrap around cushioned seating and dining table along with a hammock swing to enjoy the neverending breeze from the waterway. Also on this floor is a bedroom and full bath.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms, one has an ocean view and the second bedroom is the master with a private deck featuring a beautiful, full-size hammock swing. From this deck the spiral staircase will lead you to the 3rd story Observation Deck boasting 2 Captain's Chairs. This view is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset over the sound or look for dolphins in the ocean.

Perfect getaway in Surf City!

Missy and Joe were amazing hosts — the property was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Clean and tidy, had beach chairs etc for us to use as needed, and both were super responsive when we reached out with small questions. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again someday!
