Dwelling more-humble than expected but for price point understandable if location met expectation based on pictures and description; however, location in conjunction with size and state of dwelling was a disappointment for the price point when compared to similar rentals located in the area actually adjacent to the beach. For transparency, the pictures and description of beach implied a direct view and access to the beach adjacent to the house but property between beach and a busy two-lane road with 24/7 buzzing cars, which is not in the description and in my opinion material to decision making. To gain access to beach required crossing this road to a shared easement between other property owners and you do not have a water view as depicted in the picture.

House was fully stocked with supplies, beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers. Location was great, outdoor spaces were exceptional. Kitchen was tricky with layout, but we made it work.

Great little get away

I kind of booked last minute, found out my son was going to be on leave during the 4th of July. For me, my wife, two young adult sons and one of their girlfriends, the place was great. We had plenty of room. No complaints.

Close Beach Gem

Nice little place, love the outdoor shower! Kitchen upgrade would do it justice. The wording on the site may lead some to believe there are 3 sets of bunk beds, not necessarily one that has a trundle bed to make 3. No worries from us we made it work, large couch. Maybe a rooftop porch or tower would give you a great view! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway Near Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill

We had a fantastic stay at this quaint and comfortable beach house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfortable beds. One of the best features of this property is its easy beach access. It’s just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and surf whenever you like. We loved spending our mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck. The location is also incredibly convenient for those traveling from the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The drive was straightforward, and we appreciated how easy it was to find the property. It’s close enough for a quick weekend getaway but feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, this beach house is a gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient escape by the sea. We can’t wait to return!
