Quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs half of a duplex. This comfortably furnished home is just a skip to the beach and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the comfortable living room with the kitchen and dining areas just steps away.  You'll love the covered porch out front to kick back any time of day.

Back North Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; full private bath with shower; access to rear sun deck
Back South Bedroom: Double Bed; TV; shares jack and jill full bathroom with tub/shower

Relax on the spacious covered porch and listen to the waves rolling in while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. Enjoy the stroll to the nearby beach access, just a few blocks away and refresh with an outside shower in the hot and cold outside shower!!!

Location:

Your beach vacation rental is located approximately 1.6 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

We liked location which was one block off the beach w very close access to the beach there was space for our 20 ft trailer which was a big plus. Neighborhood was quiet off season, lots of walkers. House was very clean and had well stocked kitchen. Furnishings comfy.

Such a perfect gem!

Fort Knox was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! What a great spot! It was very close to the beach and a spot with few people. We walked to the beach 2-3 times a day. Was it a fashion plate? No, but we came to see the beach. Awesome water pressure! Beautiful view for our morning coffee on the porch- we could hear the ocean, we could even see a little. Awesome place that made us all fall in love with Topsail! Thanks!!

I have to say master bed needs a topper or a new bed to improve the quality of sleep for us. We woke up hurting from sleeping on the bed.

Fort knox

The house was missing a lot of necessities. There were no sheets for beds. No towels what so ever. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. No paper towels. Ward realtor informed me the following day I could rent them!! There was nothing in the description of this property that indicated that I would not receive any of these things or I would not have rented this property. I had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest Walmart at 9 PM to go get sheets, Towels and toilet paper.

We had a great time minutes from the beach. The only bad thing was dishes were left in dishwasher when we arrived that were not cleaned. Therefore, one of the better experiences i have had renting

Hesitant, but still have a good rating.

Honestly, I have no complaints about the property itself. Convenience of washing machine, almost a view to the water, close to the beach, quiet street with great neighbors....the whole 9. BUT, on 2 occasions the property manager came unannounced. One of the chairs was broken so he came to pick it up day 1 and before my wife answered the door, he started to come in. On the second occasion, he just walked into the house while my wife and kids were there. I did not like that AT ALL! All just to bring a chair back AND telling us we could not use it because it wasn’t dry yet? So I was hesitant about giving 5 stars, BUT...everything ng was great

Topsail Dream

Relaxing & Nice

Rental was very nice! Easy check-in, we had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortably accommodated 6 of us. We enjoyed and would stay again. The neighbors were all very nice as well!
