Renovated in February 2024 with new interior paint, lighting, new comforters and bed pillows. All New furniture in 2023.
This freshly renovated charmer is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, A Beach Inn Place is located on the oceanfront with direct beach access and two levels of coastal living at it's best! Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the open and spacious living room on the top floor. All four bedrooms are on the oceanfront, and each have access to a deck where you can sit back, relax and take it all in! You and your family will always cherish the memories of your vacation at this special home!
This home is furnished with linens, bathmats and towels for all rentals. We even supply 10 Beach Towels during peak season

Your vacation rental is located 1 mile north of the Surf City high rise bridge. New Furniture in most all rooms for 2023! You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, IGA grocery store, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color Internet TVs, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, well stocked kitchen, crab boil pot, Keurig, and coffee pot. washer/dryer, ceiling fans, gas enclosed outside hot/cold shower, 1-car garage for guest usage. Sorry but no vehicles will fit in the single car garage. 2 oceanfront sundecks with deck furniture.

The house was perfect for our situation. The split floor plan allowed us to be together but for people to have privacy with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the multiple balconies is stunning. We arrived just one day after the hurricane turned away from the coast and the waves were amazing. We loved watching people surf. We have been coming to this area for 40 years and always enjoy the quiet atmosphere and beautiful beach areas.

we have found our beach getaway home right here! It was beautifully staged for us with beach towels, and bath towels. Location is perfect, central to most essentials in surf city. They have outdoor shower with hot water for when you come out of the beach and need to wash off.The check in process was smooth and easy to understand, and check out is a breeze also. The host is lovely, and responded quickly to any questions i had. I love this home and we will absolutely be returning for another vacation!

Beautiful home with great amenities. Awesome location with beautiful views. The 2 beds in the queen rooms were a little hard so would recommend toppers for those mattresses. We’re hoping to come back next year!

The beachfront view from this home is unparalleled. Each bedroom has its own access to a beachfront deck.The stairs that lead to the beach include a Lookout point perfect for our wedding photos. The outdoor shower was a welcome bonus. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a wonderful beachfront vacation.

This property is ideal for a family trip! The floor plan affords every bedroom an ocean view along with the vaulted open floor plan of living room, dining area & kitchen. The kitchen has everything to easily make meals. Easy access to the beach is ideal for adults & children to enjoy the beach & ocean. One needs to be able to navigate numerous steps but the view is magnificent. We would highly recommend it.

This house was great! Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and so nice to be able to walk out the door a few steps and be in the sand. We sat on the deck a lot watching surfers and star gazing. There is a garage we used to store our bikes. Inside the garage was a grill, beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Stay!

We enjoyed our time here, and the layout is great for multiple families. My parents stayed in the bedroom upstairs, while my husband and I stayed with our kids in the three bedrooms downstairs.This is one of the cleaner beach properties I've stayed in, which can be hard to find! I also loved all the windows and natural light throughout.

Great beach get away!!

Perfect for our group. Great sleeping space and wonderful multi-level deck! Was a treat to walk a few steps onto the sand to enjoy the beach for fishing, strolling and enjoying time with the family!

Has everything! Beautiful home

We come to this area every year, the first week in November because the weather is usually nice and we like to surf fish. The home was beautifully decorated and updated. Right on the beach, we woke up every morning to the sounds of the ocean. Erik was more than accommodating. We had just a few questions and he answered them timely, and efficiently. The home is well stocked with all the amenities you could think of. We were very impressed. We will definitely be back!

October beach weekend

Property was perfect for our 3 family groups. Beach was quiet and uncrowded but within walking distance of restaurants. Loved the beach facing decks on both levels and sliders out from every room. Would definitely stay again.

Treated us like property managers

Whatever the house needed felt like it was scheduled while we were there, with zero respect for us being on vacation. Yes, he credited me one night, and the house was perfect, but three days of our week vacation was spent overseeing maintenance workers. We've never had such a horrible experience; imagine it's your vacation, and you wake up with ladders slamming into the wall outside! Had it not been for the host, It would have been five stars, but this guy didn't care that we wanted respite. He acted like us; playing property manager was my dream gig on vacation.

Awesome!

We’ve stayed a few times in Top Sail over the past couple years. This property was definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at. It was spotless, easily accessible to everything, fully furnished, the neighborhood was safe, and the owner was great to communicate with. Upon arriving I had a couple questions and Erick responded in seconds. During our stay, we got rain & wind from the tropical storm and he texted to check on us. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was exactly as described. The floor plan is perfect and the views from essentially every room are breathtaking. Owner was super quick to respond and remediated a minor inconvenience (linens) immediately. Easy checkin and checkout process. We 100% would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The property was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The easy access to the beach made our days relaxing and enjoyable.
