This comfortable oceanfront home offers two levels with spaces for your family’s convenience! Upstairs provides living, dining, and kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms while downstairs provides an additional kitchen area and two bedrooms - interior stairs between the levels! Atlantic Ocean views are glorious at this home in southern Surf City! The oceanside deck space is partially covered to give you some shaded area and open area to enjoy the views and closeness of the beach! The comforts of home combined with the location just a few blocks down from the Kenneth D. Batts Family Park on the soundside and downtown Surf City's shops, restaurants, and pier, this home has much to recommend it!

    The location was wonderful and close to most activities. The beach house was well maintained and wonderful environment for younger children. Loved the separate areas of living.

    Great location, not a great house

    The house had several cleanliness and maintenance issues including certain outlets not working, lots of corrosion on window sills, the outdoor screen door locking mechanism was jammed in the locked position, a large smear of dirt or poop on one of the curtains in one of the bedrooms, a large urine stain that went from the blanket to the mattress pad on one of the beds, cockroaches, the house was full of flies, and the general upkeep of the place was lacking. When I sent an email the second day to Topsail Realty, no one answered my email or addressed the concerns for our entire stay. While I may choose Topsail Beach as a destination for future vacations, I will not be staying in the same house.

    Beach birthday

    A quiet week with loved ones at the beach was the best way to celebrate a milestone birthday! Wifi allowed for online school and work projects. The view from the sunroom was amazing at any time of day, but especially sunrise and dolphin watching. Plenty of room and amenities.

    Sat-Wed family time on the beach

    Had the best time and so enjoyed SOB. We absolutely love the old style beach house with so much character and charm. SOB was like staying with family, was so comfortable and met all of our needs. Our 2 Westies were also a part of the family time and we so appreciated that we could bring them. The house is solidly built, so no noise issues like a lot of beach houses have. We also loved the separate downstairs kitchen/living room with the 2 BR and baths. Plenty of room, everything you need and a million dollar view. Thank you!

    Our Family Vacation

    The house is in a prefect location and loved being right on the beach. Beach area was not crowded. This house is a convenient location to areas that you want to visit. Our stay was during the ease up of Covid. So there was a few things that we were not expecting., linen was not at the house when we checked in, ( but when we called them they came right away) we had to make our beds, comforters need to be washed.

    Charming House right on the ocean.

    Very livable house for party of 8. Deck right on the ocean is fabulous! Some upgrades in terms of furniture, carpets, and kitchenware would be nice. But I’d go there again regardless.
