WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WITH A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM!!
6937 Holmes Blvd, Holmes Beach, FL 34217. Google us for maps for relative location to beach and Gulf.
We installed a new pool with a spa in 2016. This island home just one block from the beach offers a one of a kind setting which affordably gives you the pleasures of a spring-fed lake with dock as well as one block (3 minute walk) to the beach with a peek of the gulf. The beautiful lake is home to all types of fish ranging from Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon and Mullet. Practice your fishing skills. (Please keep in mind for all of our future enjoyment we do practice catch and release.) You will enjoy the very light and open floor plan immaculately furnished with three bedrooms and two full baths as well as an outside shower. The third bedroom includes a handsome writing desk and TV. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise on the beautiful awning covered back balcony overlooking the pool, spa and lake then relax in the evening enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach.

Great home!

This home was perfect for us! The pool was amazing, the house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious and homey. Even though we like the beach farther up north of the island, the beach just a block away was an easy walk. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

Wonderful first stay in AMI!

We loved staying at this home in Holmes Beach! It was very clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all! Loved the pool and was great to be able to use all of the beach chairs & wagon. Christy was quick to answer any questions I had, would love to stay here again!!

Our stay was lovely. The red tide was a bummer and we didn’t get the beach time we would have hoped, but this rental had a pool and that was blessing! Overall it’s was well stocked and comfy! Would visit again as the location was perfect!
