Coastal cottage located 1 block from fabulous white sands of holmes beach. Stay in comfort in our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with heated pool. Inside find all the comforts of home including flat screen tv's in all rooms. Totally remodeled and updated unit with new stainless steel appliances in a fully stocked kitchen. All new beds and bedding. Relax by your own private pool and take in the breathtaking sunsets or grab a beach chair and a short block away that you can see from your front yard is the sparkling blue waters of the gulf of mexico. The beach bistro, one of the top ten restaurants in florida, is only a block away. The city of holmes beach also offers easy access to the intercoastal waterway which traverses anna maria sound. Come experience 'old' florida charm where flip flops are a way of life. Weather you like to snorkel, fish, or just sunbathe on the white sands of holmes beach you will not be disappointed in your stay here!

We had a wonderful stay and this beautiful spotless property. It was perfect for getting together with family. The house had everything we needed and what a treat walking out the sliding glass doors to the pool. We made many short walks to the beach and enjoyed sunsets from Manatee Beach.

The property was updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to the beach but a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop. The pool was perfect for adults and a hit with the children. It was a bit chilly on a few days so the heated pool was ideal. The beach wagon and chairs were an added plus. Highly recommend this home.

Lovely house with great location!

The Coastal Cottage worked out amazing for us and 4 teenagers(14-16). The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The pool was great to come back to from the beach or dinner and relax in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the starter supplies were nice. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Easy walk to the beach but we had a golf cart and the easiest placd to mark was on 70th by the beach. The beach was less crowded here as well. Bean Point is amazing for some sunset pictures!

Great house, great location

This home is just as it looks in the listing. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. The living room was perfect for our family of 4 to hang out and watch a movie. Everything in the rental was spotless, and there were plenty of towels and even some toiletries. The closets in the rental were all large, and there was plenty of storage for your bags. The pool was a nice touch, and was the perfect temperature.

Great little house with amazing location

The house and location were great! A little mishap with the pool when we first arrived but the super friendly and amazing pool guy got us in good shape by day 2 of our stay. The house had everything you could need inside. The beach chairs/wagon/umbrella could probably updated. Although we are understanding of the tragic hurricane season the area had last fall and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this house! The location was amazing and super walkable to the beach. The house was very clean and very roomy for family of five. We did have an issue with the pool and initially communication was great. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay so I had a few disappointed kids who love a post dinner swimming session. Don’t let that deter you. This is a great place for a relaxing, beach vacation.

Perfect beach stay!

We had a blast at the Coastal Cottage! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the house was in perfect shape and so clean, and Ken and Susie were excellent hosts. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach as well as a short trip to restaurants and shops. It was our first trip to AMI and I can’t wait to come back.

Great location and very private!

We loved the short walk to the beach, the nice pool, and lovely well stocked home. The indoor living room space could use more comfortable seating, but all in all, we would rent again.

The property is lovely, even prettier than in the pictures. Everything inside and outside was very neat and well maintained. Our family loved the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, floats and toys provided. I had imagined it being a bit closer to the beach but it really wasn’t a big issue.

Beautiful Coastal Cottage on Holmes Beach

This was our second year staying at the Coastal Cottage. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. It is located right in the middle of the seven mile island, so getting anywhere is super easy. Very walkable to Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, shopping and more. The house is equipped with an inground pool, pool toys, beach supplies and everything else you need for your stay. We have already booked our stay for next year. Managers are very attentive. We had a minor issue with our pool, and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!
