Nestled under the royal palms, you'll find Royal Palm, our two-bedroom home, two blocks to the sandy beaches of AMI!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. With a king bed in the guest room and queen sofa sleeper in the living room, our home accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom has a TV. Our guests will enjoy crisp bed linens and plush towels from our professional linen service.

Relax in the tropical backyard and take a dip in the refreshing pool and spa. Enjoy the tropical breezes poolside from a pool lounger or Adirondack chair. The gas BBQ grill is provided for your grilling pleasure. Enjoy your catch of the day while dining on the enclosed lanai.

Complimentary WIFI is provided to keep everyone connected during vacation. Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your trips to the beach.

Royal Palm is centrally located on AMI, in Holmes Beach, and is close to dining, shopping and all the island has to offer. Hop on the free island trolley and explore the seven mile stretch of Anna Maria.

The Royal Palm was a fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The place had everything we needed, beds comfy, and decor was beautiful throughout. The pool and hot tub were just right for the 4 of us. I would love to stay here again. 10/10 for sure!

This beach house was absolutely perfect! Very close walk to the beach and also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. We loved the hot tub/pool and used the beautiful lanai every day. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This was our second time staying at Royal Palm. The home and backyard are beautiful and the location is perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance and gorgeous beach only a few minutes away. Great communication with management.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Royal Palm! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and helped make our trip more enjoyable while the temperatures were cool. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the beach, several coffee shops and restaurants and my absolute favorite store - Original Sand Dollar! The beds were super comfy and unit was extremely clean. We hope to stay again!!

We had a great stay at The Royal Palm! The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the heated pool, and the hot tub was ideal for mom & dad! Hosts were extremely responsive. Perfect getaway

First time on AMI/ Holmes Beach and pleasantly please with our stay at the Royal Palm. We enjoyed everthing and used the pool every day. Sunsets every night, dining at various delicious spots so close by. We will be back.

Amazing!

This is the absolute best, well thought out, super clean rental we have ever stayed at. It absolutely felt like home after a long day on the beach! Close to all the shops/food & beach access which was not crowded at all. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pool & hot tub. We will always stay here when returning to AMI.
