Boasting 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this cozy cottage is ideal for small groups of friends, families, or couples visiting the Sierra Nevada mountains. With walkable beach access seconds away and only minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort, this 2-level property promises days of fun, adventure, and awe-inspiring natural beauty. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the communal firepit or barbecuing on the shared grills. For more advanced ski terrain, Olympic Valley is only 25 minutes away!

The lower level of this modern mountain getaway hosts the peaceful sleeping accommodations. Both of the 2 bedrooms feature a king bed and TV; for convenience, the second bedroom’s king bed can be separated into 2 twin beds. A washer and dryer in the hall closet make refreshing gear for future adventures effortless.

On the second level awaits a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area decorated in soothing neutrals. Super cute place! Clean, and perfectly equipped. The property was quiet and other visitors were friendly. Good central location. A stated, no AC but plenty of fans to help supplement on a warmer day.

The house was very clean and nice.The 3 things that i didnt like were that the shower drain was slowand i wanted to call it in but who wants a worker when your on vacation 2nd no wifi absolutely none i did call and asked for someone to look into it. The tvs were connected with a wall jack.Last the bed was hard. Almost a futon Don't let this judg your stay.It is beautiful there and the home is beautiful and I will stay again

Great location in Homewood! The property is clean and well maintained. The only thing was that we had to troubleshoot the internet a couple of times and we had to change the input on the TVs every time we turned it on. But wonderful stay overall!
