Perfect for business, small families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway, this vacation home has a private back patio with seating for four as well as a front porch with seating for two. PLUS onsite Boat Parking.

Hammocks, fire-pit, and BBQ grill are located in the courtyard and shared between our four vacation homes.

In our pet-friendly unit, the pet fee is $80/night and will be sent as a request after booking. Max 2 pets. If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.

*Pets are only permitted in "pet friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.
