But the problem was corrected when we were made aware of it.

Commode would not flush, turd floating in toilet bowl when we arrived. Was not very clean. Smelled awfully. Office was already closed, so we left after an hour.

Upon check in there was an improperly placed ramp too close to a doorway. In stepping backward to get out of the way from someone coming in I fell backwards due to this ramp; hitting my back and arm. NO ONE even asked if I was OK, just handed me a back of ice and a chair. If we had gotten there after midnite we would have had to go to another place to pick up a key. The rooms were NOT what we saw on line, Not queen beds, cords hanging for electric. NO free coffee...bad!

They charged me 50$ more then the quote Travelocity gave me and wasn't able to check in till 4 not 2.

nice staff

staff was really great. hotel room was not. I checked for bed bugs and found hair alot of it weird
