The service was excellent - the room was ready in the morning, the staff spoke English and all they were very helpful. Bear in mind though, the hotel is very economical and basic, about 2.5 to 3 stars by US standards. The small lobby is on the 7th floor and the entrance is from the side alley. The historic double decker tram and the MRT station right next door.

Located next to MTR(underground rail).Hotel main entrance is not on the main street but side lane.Security on duty 24hrs.On famous seafood street.l stay 24floor, the light in the corridor very dim. Pass by some other floors some bright and some dim. Service is average at the lobby. Need smile.

The area is near the street, with trams, taxis, and subway so no problem with transport. The staff was also very kind in upgrading our prior reservation to a suite since they became fully booked for our type of room. The room turned out great! Comfy beds, clean restrooms, and a lounge area. They were also cleaned daily.

I like how this hotel is very near to the MTR station. Very safe , very clean and enjoyable stay. There is a cafe just opposite the hotel called the “Good luck cafe”, it has authentic delicious and affordable Hong Kong Food and they have menu in various languages (Chinese, Cantonese, English)
