Hotel rooms need updating, bed was super hard & uncomfortable, many features in room didn’t work. Not related to room but my credit card was compromised twice by hotel, once when the room was reserved and secondly during my stay.

Great location

Service was impeccable and locarion was right in the middle of everything. But room was rundown. Sink had been reglazed and was peeling off. They only provided two towels and two hand towels. No washcloths. TV was acting up. But appreciated full size toiletries and Neapresso coffee.

Top Notch Hotel for Business Travel

This hotel offers very convenient location with close proximity to Soho, Central business district and MTR station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and spacious (in HK standard) rooms. Will recommend to all business travellers.

Great location

Generally very good. Bit expensive for the room but maybe that's standard - first time in Hong Kong. Great location and food quality at Veda was very good. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would stay again.

my flight was late so i didn't check into the hotel till 7pm. the staff were unhelpful, even to the point dismissive. i asked for room upgrade and got a blank NO! no one seems to like working with Expedia anymore and realised it was almost half price if id booked direct (!!) i asked for late check out, and guess what, told NO!! hotel is basic, staff have no clue what they are doing, room was basic, not even properly clean as there were crumbs on the table. i stay here because its next to our office but i think i need to reconsider options. (wondering if its new management, as the staff used to be MUCH better previously the 10 times i've stayed here! this trip seemed like an issue for them to host guests!) sad, as they don't seem to care if you stay here or not, stay regularly or not..
