E Komo Mai “welcome” to Hale Mahina B105! Hale Mahina B105 is a ground floor, one bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests. Although this unit does not offer air conditioning, stay cool inside with ceiling fans throughout! The entire unit boasts new, beautiful floors with an open layout, a brand new Flat Screen and features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the pristine kitchen with beautiful cabinets and full size appliances. The master bedroom includes a comfortable King size bed and smart TV to wind down after a long day in the sun. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and is equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Recently, the unit was upgraded and furnished with beautiful modern Hawaiian decor. Enjoy fresh paint, new floors and baseboards throughout as well as tastefully updated furniture. Enjoy peek-a-boo oceanfront views from your private lanai.

Please Note: The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks to eight weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions.

• The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined.

• Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases, however some area may be cordoned off for safety.

You'll also have direct pool access to enjoy sunbathing or grilling out by the BBQ. Hale Mahina has amazing beach access and it is the perfect environment for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunsets and spotting sea turtles! In the winter months, experience the amazing views of mother whales breaching with their newborn calves directly from the resort.

When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
