The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

The staff was amazing. Interacted most with server Emily, loved her super attentive and accommodating. The wellness and spa staff was great and I had a great massage Zach was a great masseuse and purchased a facial for my sister with another provider and she had a great experience after just one service you could see a difference. The staff at the pool side providing towels were all very sweet as well especially when I couldn’t remember my room number. Food was also great. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend this place.

1. The air coming out of the AC vent smelled like feet or soiled socks 2. Leaking Toilet 3. The front desk gave us a room that is on the lowest floor more than likely because we were not her “kind” of person.

Months after booking the day before arrival, we get the email saying they use a vape smoking sensor installed in the room… and on the balconies. Every trigger of it is silent, and it charges US$500 to your room automatically.. we booked the oceanfront room on a high floor. We ended up getting a view of the side street McDonald’s rooftop. I am impressed that I did get my money back on a nonrefundable booking, but that’s as far as it goes with this hotel
