The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

Hotel was beautiful, we paid in full at booking, upon checking were charged a resort fee, parking, and deposit for room that totaled over $1200. Outrageous cost beyond “price of room”. Would not recommend hotel for this reason. To have paid in full and have to pay over $1200 at check in is more than anyone reasonably expects.

With this being our first time in Hawaii, the Alohilani hotel was awesome. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so nice. We had a great view of the water and the pool. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Great location. Slow check in process. Don’t waste your money on rooms with partial beach view because partial practically means none as the way the hotel is designed there is a big side wall on the balcony which doesn’t give even the patial view unless you are prepared to lean over the balcony bars! House keeping and poolside staff were very friendly and nice however the same cannot be said about the reception and concierge/bell staff.

I thought I was going to have a better view of the ocean but that building infront of the property killed my view. I had a big problem with the manager from the pool Saturday night 11-8-2025 round closing time. He was very rude and disrespectful it made me not want to go to the pool after that anymore. I also forgot my portable charger that night and went back to get it and he made a remark saying like it’s his now. Not cool not professional and this is who the hotel puts as a staff member who’s supposedly a supervisor. Smh
