This spacious 1 bedroom suite is located at the Waikiki Banyan, Tower 1. Enjoy stunning ocean and Diamond Head views from the 29th floor! The suite is beautifully decorated and modern, with a Hawaiian vibe.

The suite is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people with king size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your vacation. There is a large island counter with lots of cabinet space, and all the basic cookware and flatware to prepare and enjoy your meals. This full size modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. The large island provides ample space for both food prep and a comfortable dining area.

The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower for safety and convenience.

The living room is furnished with sofa sleeper, which pulls out into a queen size bed, and a single-seater accent chair and coffee table.

There are 2 patio chairs and a bistro table out on the lanai, so you can enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee while you enjoy the spectacular views.

Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!! Additional parking is available in the building garage for $43*/day with in and out privileges. (*rates subject to change)


NOTICE: Recreation Deck Constructions Starts April 7 2025
The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.
The project has an estimated finish date of June 30 2026
Our rates have been significantly discounted for the inconvenience of the pool and recreation deck closure.
There is a large sheltered saltwater swimming area 2 blocks away on Waikiki beach for you to enjoy while the pool is closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Beautiful views

Location is good for walking to beaches, parks and eateries. Views of Diamond Head and ocean are nice from the unit. Unit was comfortable, but could be cleaner. Parking was convenient. It was nice to have beach chairs. Amenities (pool, bbq grills, etc) were unavailable. This was very disappointing and the cost for staying should have been reduced to reflect the inconvenience.

Good location and quiet

The property met my expectations in all categories. View was great. It was easy to get to, the parking was simple and free inside the building. Its a big building with 4 elevators which can get pretty full at times. Its better to be this high up for when the elevators get full at times when there is a lot of traffic going down. Often people on the lower floors couldn't get in the elevators. I would recommend this unit, but it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions of Waikiki, but not a huge walk.

Perfect condo

This condo has everything you need for your stay. It is beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable. The space is small but well designed. It wasn’t too cluttered but yet made us feel comfortable. It is a block away from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping you can think of. The condo is right off the elevators but yet we were not disturbed by any outside noises or neighbors. It is about a 30 minute drive from Pearl Harbor, Diamonhead and Hanauma Bay. It is an hour drive to the North Shore. Keep in mind, this is the city and there is A LOT of traffic going out and coming in. The communication was great with the property management company.

The view was amazing!

The view was actually more amazing in person than in the pictures. Very close to the beach, there is bikes very close by, quick morning ride to Leonard’s bakery! Overall very nice place. My family loves it. Oh and free parking!

This place was amazing to stay at! Room looked exactly like photos, clean and modern! The views of diamond head & the beach were amazing. This place was close to shopping and 2 blocks from the beach. The place itself has long elevator rides but we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Would stay here again next year! Mahalo

Worth the stay

Overall the property was very clean and modern. The property had a very nice view of diamond head and partial view of the beach as listed. Beach chairs were provided which was very helpful. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/happy hour was great. A parking pass for the parking garage was a plus. The cons were minor but the air conditioning had a outside water pan that had to be tended to daily, a sign read if it overflowed a fine could be assessed. Also only 2 towels were provided which was difficult at times. Overall this was an enjoyable stay.

Waikiki Stay

Property was nice and in a great location for walking in several directions. Close to Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head (5 mile around), which were nice breaks from the Waikiki bustle. It is on a high floor, which was a great view and long elevator rides. Maintaining the air conditioner was a bit of a nuisance, but not bad.

We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan 5x and this was the very best property ever. The location was great as always but this unit was well appointed. It had everything we needed and great quality too. The unit was very clean and the management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay !

We have stayed at a number of condos in Waikiki and specifically the Banyan. By far this unit was the absolute best! The unit was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Obviously hasn’t been rented out much. Contained everything that we needed and more. The towels and linen were great ! The check in procedure was flawless and the host responded quickly to any questions that we had. The unit is close to beaches and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy and overly busy. Would definitely stay in this unit again in the future!
