We were with held from sitting in a certain area and was told it was only for higher end type people by the hostess, so we were seated away from the balcony, and by the time we were done with the buffet dinner that we reserved and paid the same price for(high-end or not), no one showed to sit in that area. We also were told that in the $180 buffet that we were limited to two soft drinks. We asked the manager about it, he didn’t understand why we were told that. There were birds landing on the table boldly and the table we sat at was dirty, the silverware that I received still had dried on food, which I was appalled. This was occurring while I was talking with the hotel manager, Harriz. We went to the Sheriton hotel for dinner an I was treated as a king in comparison. We go to a Hyatt hotel pretty much everywhere we go, and have never been treated as such.

This property was amazing! It was in the perfect location and walking distance to everything. There was tons of shops inside the hotel and the staff went above and beyond. It was very clean and a beautiful hotel.

At first , we were unhappy with the property due to the fact that a very loud construction site is behind the hotel and it just didnt feel like a vacation with the loud noise. But after voicing our concerns to the hotel staff, they immediately moved us to a more quiet location. We paid for a city view and are grateful for the staff making accommodations. They were all friendly and helpful pointing is in the right directions. The hotel is a little dated but it is clean and there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The location is just perfect. Especially if traveling with kids like we did.
