Checking in was odd. Second floor and the host was difficult to understand. My room was right next to the elevator and right across from a newly under construction building and they started work by 6:30a. There was no self serve coffee in my room. No room service. It needs renovation and the pool area is a mess. Definitely should not be rated anything higher than 3 star.

Do not stay here. Shower was delaminating and popped and snaped under our feet. The door and walls all had damage and just had alot of paint over them. The water in the shower wouldnt get hot for 10 mins and then you wouldnt be able to keep a temperature constant for the rest of the shower. Only 2 elevators worked when staying. The amount of people trying to get up to the upper floor made waiting for an elevator last up to 20 mins.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. However, there is not enough self parking available so you are forced to pay $70 a day for valet parking. Also, the hotel is actoos the street from the beach. Therefore, the hotel provides you with beach chairs and towels and you need to carry them across the street trying to find a spot on an overcrowded beach. We had to walk about 3 blocks to find a place to seat. No public bathrooms around. It was awful! Paying so much to stay in this hotel to carry your beach chairs trying to find a spot, it’s absolutely not worth it. I do regret staying here.

I liked the location of the building, I was completely disappointed with our room, it had a horrible view of a construction site and right under our balcony were AC generators full of trash that flew up towards our room. We were moved to another room on the 32nd floor which was run down. Chipped paint, missing paintings on the wall the room was plain ugly, truly disappointing. My daughters begged me not to make another request to change rooms because they feared it would look worse. I was completely upset that I paid so much for our stay there.

It's a great location and convenient for stay on Waikiki...only drawback was the large construction site that started work every morning at 7.a.m... Also, the self-parking is convenient, but very, very, very tight...

I contacted the hote staff and reception multiple times on the charges they made on my card, no one knew what they were doing. I was told that I’ll receive a refund of approx 50 usd, which I never did. The staff has no idea what they are doing

Great location and good facilities! The only negative thing I have to say is that using the elevators can be little frustrating. You may wait for a while to get in and also it stopped in the middle of ride once during our stay, which is pretty scary, but I think this might be a common issue for all the old hotels in the area. Overall it’s a great value and recommend for all types of visitors.

LOVE THE BEACHFRONT HOTEL. EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AS WELL AS LOCAL SHOPPING MALLS AND STORES. GOOD FAMILY VACATION SPOT.
