Highly not recommended. The rooms have absolutely no sound insulation. The windows and curtains are blinds, and the surrounding area is extremely noisy—it’s like sleeping on the street. I even paid for 5 days but only stayed for 8 hours. While the location is decent, there are many other options nearby, and this one offers extremely poor value for money. If you want to enjoy a happy vacation, do not choose this place.

It’s a pretty fair stay for the price — the room looks just like in the photos and is very clean. The only thing I minded was that, on top of the resort fee, there’s an additional charge of around $16–$17 per day for using the coffee machines, tea, and the single laundry machine available for all guests (which means it’s usually busy, so you might get to use it only once during your stay). There’s also a construction site right next to the hotel, which can be a bit noisy at times, though of course that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The room we were given was nothing like the pictures on the website, the wardrobe door wouldn’t stay closed the room was very scruffy although clean enough and the noise and light from outside were next level, it was literally impossible to sleep and there were no curtains or blinds to block out the light coming in! Windows were vents, that didn’t fully close and the noise from outside where a lot of construction was going on madevthecwholecexperience unbearable!

The staff were wonderful, they do the house keeping every 2 days which was good. The room needs some upgrade but still neat and clean. The hotel was close to the main street and all the shops and next to all the bus stops. Overall, with the price that we paid, we can't complain. Next time visiting, we will book this hotel again.

Good value, but dated.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived early and stayed later. Close to the Wiakii action. Very short walk. The place is clean but dated. The air conditioning is quite adequate. The bathroom is quite tight. The shower has adequate room and clean.

Decor is 1960s but is clean , safe, friendly, lots of beach toys free to use, and literally 5 minutes walk to beach. So what more could you ask for ?? Also right next door to the $1000 per night hotels haha

Hotel is located very close to the beach and where you want to be in Waikiki. Pretty bare bones, small rooms but I like easy access, no fuss and inexpensive. wish they'd upgrade fawcets in shower, hard to regulate temp and flow. Seem like they're not chargint an extra $15/day for amenities (I think that's towel service) which is a significant increase for a low cost hote.
