It is hard to beat the wonderful view from the property. The multiple levels can accommodate a large group and still allow guests to feel they have their own space. I would note that the many staircases could be an issue for a guest with mobility issues. The host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Lovely view in a good location within hood river downtown, however the price does not reflect value of the property. It is 4 stories so naturally the top floor will be warmer but it was not made clear that the AC doesn't work on the top floor (where the primary bedroom is). They offered a portable AC unit in the room but it had to be ventilated so it was odd. Also gave us the wrong wifi. Terrible customer service as it took 5 hrs for anyone to even get back to me.

Beautiful views in a great location!

We had a wonderful time in Hood River staying in this fabulous condo! Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We were able to explore this cute town easily thanks to this condo being walking-distance from all of the spots we wanted to visit. My husband loved it so much, he already wants to return!

Our family stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed the view, the hot tub and the kitchen. Only caveat is the stairs - while we would probably stay at the same place as it was so very convenient and well maintained, the stairs for older folks information should be noted.

Spectacular views!

Amazing place! Felt like home w comfy beds and pillows. Sufficiently stocked for cooking in home meals. Only 4 wine glasses so keep in mind if many wine drinkers. Scandinavian style furniture you can sink into! Great having 2 masters! Kept the windows open for cool breezes and of course the stunning views! Checkout instructions were different from email so we used the ones posted in the home. Never could get the garage key pad to work but may also have been different instructions in email vs ones we found at check out time in the home. If we are ever back this way we will stay again!! Lots of steps so keep in mind for the toddler and “wiser” ages!

Poor Hospitality - Owner Doesn't Deserve Your Money

Less than two hours prior to checking in, Arrived sent me a text letting me know the AC unit was broken and they were moving us from this 5 star condo to a 2 star dump. Not a phone call explaining us the situation and asking us how they can best assist us in our travel plans, just a text telling us our vacation had just gone down the tubes and they were unwilling to help us find another property. They said we could take the dump, or take a refund. They were unwilling to help us find alternative properties. With no choice we moved into this property with no AC. Arrived showed up with two $20 fans to help circulate the hot air, and told me they were the last two fans in Hood River. I went to Home Depot the next day and spent $300 on a portable AC unit and found hundreds of fans available. Arrived promised the AC would be fixed in 5 days, but that never happened because the owner didn't want to pay for a reputable company to fix the AC unit, they wanted to go the cheap route. Well, we were there for a week, and the AC was never fixed. The company they hired dropped off a unit, spent two hours messing with it, let them selves into the condo and walked with muddy shoes through one of the rooms and out the front door without letting us know they were inside the home, and then left before fixing it. The owner of this property doesn't care about your stay, they care about money, so if you rent this unit and something goes wrong, know that it won't be fixed.....

Perfect Location!

Mother- Daughter Weekend! Gréùt place to stay- lots of stairs which was no big deal for us. I would not recommend this place for little kiddos but we enjoyed our stay and would def return. Clean as a whistle- easy entry instructions, well stocked kitchen and close to the restaurants and shopping. Thx so much.
