Built in 2018, this 3,500 square foot sanctuary offers luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests. Tucked away along a private road, Sea Oats ensures complete seclusion while providing easy access to nearby amenities and a secluded beach just steps away.

- Secluded Oasis: Escape the chaos of daily life and indulge in a true oasis of tranquility. Whether you're soaking up the sun, enjoying a good book, or stargazing under clear skies, Sea Oats offers ample deck space, a covered lanai with comfortable seating, lounge chairs, and a swimming pool nestled amidst lush landscaping.
- Gourmet Kitchen: The chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. Bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the indoor dining area for 10 to the pool area, offering the best of outdoor dining with indoor comforts. Alfresco dining is available on the ocean deck, complete with a large gas barbecue grill.

The online listing does not do the Sea Oats house/property justice. The home is new and clean, and you really can't beat the gorgeous ocean view with direct access to the beach. Highly reccomend!

Water issues

Water is an issue. Not enough pressure. It’s not an island thing as we had friends staying in another house they had good pressure. They could not figure it out. I only took 1 shower in master bedroom for week. Showered in pool.

paradise at Sea Oats

This house is amazing. Great location, right on the beach, great pool, and all top end amenities. A perfect house for a large family, or multiple families. Kerry and Hilary were also extremely helpful and very accessible. We are looking forward to our next trip down to the Abacos and will certainly look to stay here again. A truly memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for the finer things in a vacation rental, with an amazing attention to detail. An absolute gem in the Abacos
