Located right on Lake LBJ, this newly revamped vacation condo is the place to be! From its expansive private balcony overlooking the lake and pier, to its spacious rooms and new hardwood floors, this spectacular 2-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 7 people - making it perfect for a family getaway!

Experience front row seats to your own personal sunrise/sunset show from the comfort of the private balcony or enjoy a boat day on the lake!

The condo is within walking distance of the Yatch Club, Pier, and the Marriot Resort! (Please note this is a private condo; rental of this property does not give you access to the Marriot Resort). The resort itself contains multiple golf courses, pools, mini-golf, and live animals.

The condo rental allows you to access the lake, outdoor grill, the community pool.

There are multiple boat rental facilities where you can rent boats, jet skis, water tubes, etc. and there are great wineries within Horseshoe Bay! Horseshoe Bay is also in a perfect location, because it is only minutes away from Marble Falls, and is a driving distance to Fredricksburg, Austin, and San Antonio.

Great location! Great Time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waters Condo. The unit was clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to questions we had. We are going to remember this condo for our next trip to Horseshoe Bay.

Great place, but without pool access

Anju was very responsive, the condo was nice, great views and location, but we had no access to the pools (they are for Horseshoe Bay members only; tried unsuccessfully to get a weekend guest pass), so bring your own floats for the lake!!!

Great view of the lake!!!!

This was 6 th visit at Horseshoe bay. This condo has a great view. Everything was as described. Only thing was we could not get the TV/cable/internet working (only 4 local channels) but that only was an issue when we cane from an all day outing and just wanted to kick back and watch a game for the evening or the kids wanted to watch a movie/show. Good thing we bought the laptop.take let the kids watch a movie and we just ended up enjoying the lake view and listening to music on the patio.

Waters Units are good in general but range in style and furnishings from unsophisticated to plush. This unit is very plain and bare. Carpet is spotted dirty. Most have hardwood floors.

Perfect for our trip

This unit was perfect for our trip. Our friends owned a unit 1 floor down in the same building. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, pretty well-equipped kitchen though we didn't cook there. Just made coffee and drinks. The deck space is huge and has a great view. Owner was great and responsive!

Enjoyed our stay, a little stressed in the beginning, I didn't receive access instructions 24 hours like the owner said I would but all worked out fine. Beautiful views and enjoyed the large balcony. Pots and pans need replacing, lids and pots didn't match up. Def would return!

Excellent condo in great location!

We stay at Horseshoe Bay often with friends who live there; but it was our daughter's 17th birthday, and she invited 2 friends to join us. Anju's condo is very clean, convenient, and well stocked for a fantastic weekend or week-long stay. The master bathroom was massive; and it was nice to have a 2/2, so the girls had their own bathroom. Parking was also great! We had a covered, reserved spot under the condo tower. The view of the lake from the balcony is awesome and there is ample room and seating out there, with two lounge chairs and a bar top style table with 5 or 6 bar stools. We had our boat with us, so the day docks were convenient. We would definitely recommend this place for a family or two couples looking to enjoy the lake, golf courses or wonderful restaurants nearby in Horseshoe Bay or Marble Falls.

Spring Break visit: 2nd stay in this condo

My family stayed in this condo for the second Spring Break in a row. Our trip was good and we have stayed at both the nearby Horseshoe Bay hotel and Paseo apartments. We find the overall value for this condo to be better given its size and the interior amenities, plus the deck view of Lake Marble Falls. Since the living room couch is a pull out bed too, you could easily have up to six people stay here with full privacy. The kitchen appliances are good, and you can cook and bake most anything you like with the supplies in the kitchen. For coffee drinkers, take your own coffee grounds as there is a coffee maker but it's not a Keurig type with the K-cups which is okay. Our daughters both observed that the light in the secondary bathroom needs improvement. They said it was way too dark in the shower due to the placement of the current light, so that's an area for modification if the owner so chooses. The Wi-Fi from Northland this trip was incredibly limited, and was unsatisfactory. It worked on occasions, and so we found alternative free WiFi from HBR on the grounds that was used the bulk of our stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for our stay, so we bought more along with groceries nearby, but felt more TP could have been supplied. The unit is kept very clean, and the last area of improvement would be a very detailed description of how to use the living room television set. Two times we've stayed here, and twice we've struggled with the use of that TV. With youth, they won't use the master bedroom TV much, so with no functioning living room cable TV service that's easy to use, it creates a bit of a letdown for youth when they're not watching streaming video and merely want to watch basic cable service. Last trip, Hulu worked. This trip, it could not be found. We're glad to have found this space, and despite the limited TV service and promoted WiFi, we enjoyed our time. This unit would be ideal for any time of the year.

Horseshoe Bay Condo Overlooking Lake LBJ

My family and I enjoyed the creature comforts of this condo better than nearby Horseshoe Bay Resort (actual hotel) and the adjacent HBR Paseo apartments where we've stayed before. The space was more than sufficient for four; the furniture and amenities nicer than the hotel; the view far superior than 1/3 mile away at the HBR hotel or apartments. We liked the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathrooms, guestrooms and living room. The two beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. No issues with housekeeping. Two concerns shared with the owner. One, the living room TV appears to be set up for Roku only, and we never were able to watch traditional, live cable TV on the main TV despite speaking to Northland Communications helpdesk. It took a while to figure out Roku, and we enjoyed some familiar shows that were recorded. The TV in the master bedroom was used more, and had live TV programming. There is no TV in the secondary room which we used for our teenagers. Second, I got to meet the Horseshoe Bay Fire Department chief by staying at this location. Not planned. Long story short, I called the owner to have the unit's thermostat fixed since the unit was too cold. First, an HVAC technician was dispatched to the unit and arrived early in the morning which posed an inconvenience to my family. After inspecting the unit, he said the thermostat and related equipment near the indoor hot water heater was not drawing enough electrical power. Later that same day, an electrician came to the unit, presenting more disruption as my family had to cut short a visit in Marble Falls with a friend so I could meet the electrician at the unit. He found a 120 volt wire loose, with cinged traces of that wire caused by arcing below, and told me it was a significant fire threat. Not comforting. When he pulled on the wire in question, the entire complex's fire alarm sounded; screeching alarms set off; lights blinked; occupants walked down the stairs as the elevator was disabled; and the Horseshoe Bay FD engine #11 was dispatched. The electrician and I talked to the FD and chief. The electrician fixed the faulty wire and declared the unit safe. The owner allowed us to stay beyond normal check-out time on Sunday, but insisted her unit was not the cause of the fire alarm. To this day, I disagree based on the report of the electrician. When I think of this unit, and complex, our family will forever remember the Horseshoe Bay FD and engine that visited us on Spring Break.
