Beautiful tri-level puts you right at the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort where you'll enjoy constant-level Lake LBJ right out your back door. Don't settle for a squeezed cove when this home gives you WIDE OPEN VIEWS of the lake! The view is simply breathtaking! Bring your own boat or rent one and keep it at your private boat dock and patio. Private boat dock is a large L-shaped dock with sturdy cleats and fully lined with bumper pads offering two orientations for docking.

Each level of this 1800-square foot townhome offers comfortable spaces. Soft neutral earthtones and a dreamy lakeside theme complete your escape to paradise. Hard surfaced floors are practical and pretty in the living areas and have been chosen to complement the beautiful limestone fireplaces and sparkling reflections from the water, while carpet softens and quiets the bedrooms and stairs. Smart TVs in every room and wireless Internet access provided. Furnished throughout with comfortable and stylish pieces to make you feel right at home.

The top-floor primary suite offers a queen-sized bed, smart TV, gorgeous lake views from the oversized wall of windows and private bath with shower. A small desk in the bedroom is perfect as a hair/makeup station or to set up your computer (wireless available throughout the property) for a private space to satisfy your business needs while you are away. A three-drawer chest in the bedroom lets you unpack your suitcase or take advantage of the walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The bath provides a spacious vanity with a separate toilet and shower. The shower is fully tiled with a teak stool and a hand-held or fixed shower head with multiple settings.

The second bedroom nautical guest suite with private bath (tub shower) is also located on the top floor with a smart TV. The suite offers two extra-long twin beds to comfortably accommodate adults or the twin beds can be pushed together to make a king bed.

The middle floor enjoys an open floorplan kitchen, dining and living area with a pretty stone fireplace and oversized sliding glass doors to bring the outside in. Step through those doors onto your private balcony with room to relax and two sets of bistro tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Back inside, a wall of mirrors reflects the breathtaking view, or watch TV (smart TV with Internet access) while sitting comfortably on the stylish sofa with chaise, large upholstered ottoman, or separate chair seating. The open floorplan assures that TV viewing is available from the dining area and kitchen, too. The spacious dining room table seats eight and is just steps away from the fully furnished kitchen that includes a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, separate wine fridge, new electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and powder room complete the middle floor.

Downstairs (lakeside level) offers a large second living room with fireplace, wet bar with refrigerator, and full private bath. Comfortably appointed with a sofa (with a full sized pullout bed), loveseat and separate chair seating, enjoy watching the 50-inch TV (smart TV with Internet access) in true comfort. Or perch on the stools and pub table with the wet bar right at hand to enjoy a drink, cards, games, or easy TV watching. Draw the curtain at the bottom of the stairs and transform this entire area into a third sleeping space using the pullout couch. More oversized sliding glass doors open the downstairs directly onto your pretty patio and private boat dock with stunning waterfront views including the iconic Horseshoe Bay Lighthouse--one of only four inland lighthouses in Texas!

Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, this serves as your home while you explore the surrounding cowboy country, barbecue joints, hiking, antiquing, more than 100 wineries, distilleries, breweries, and a dozen nearby golf courses (some private but many open to the public). Only 50 minutes from Austin or 75 minutes from San Antonio, means these two vibrant cities are a short ride away. And with Marble Falls only 5 miles away, you have every convenience nearby.

No Surprises

We have stayed at this property numerous times and each time our expectations were exceeded. The location can not be beat, the view is just the best ever. The owners constantly update this property, e.g., new stove, new wine cooler, new kitchen faucet, new front storm door and new TV just to list a few. Also, the owners could not be more outgoing, friendly and willing to do almost anything to make your stay very memorable. It is always a treat for us to get to spend time in Unit P; we look forward to our next opportunity to stay there.

Great Location, but did have an A/C issue

We stayed 3 days at the property.Everything was extremely clean.The views are amazing. We did have an issue with an A/C unit not cooling the 1st and 2nd floor.The first night was hot for those sleeping on the 1st floor.The A/C issue was resolved by mid afternoon the next day with the help of my husband.We understand things happen.As a host, when your guest have issues because of the property there should be some type of reimbursement.We would have been good with a partial day, etc.I did not ask the host, but feel it would have been the right and proper thing to do.Outside of the A/C issue everything was great and exactly what I expected to pay for.

A Second Home

After staying at this property for at least 6 years, opening the front door and looking out the deck's sliding glass door, just feels to us like returning to our second home. Everything in the condo was super clean and everything worked just fine. Our hosts could not have been nicer and it was so good jus to meet with them, catch up and relax together over a nice bottle of Texas wine. Our stay lasted for over two months, we purchased fishing licenses, and I fished off our dock almost every day, even if for just a few minutes. Didn't do a lot of catching, but it was certainly relaxing and fun. As always, we hated to leave Horseshoe Bay and Unit P, but always in the back of our mind are the thoughts that next year will be as good or even better.

5 Star Host & Condo

The condo at Horseshoe Bay was just what we needed for a wonderful weekend. The host Lori was very hospitable, meeting us at the condo to kick it off, and even made us homemade coconut bread. The condo is on the water, so we were able to spend the evenings laying on the dock, and watching the stars. Strongly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

Annual birthday lake weekend

The property was very beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed from amenities to cooking utensils. The boat slip right on the lake was a perfect place to tie up our JetSki‘s at night, and when we weren’t out on the lake, having fun riding around. The owners were very accommodating, making a delicious homemade bread to welcome us and also providing a first aid kit when I sliced my finger unloading my truck. We will definitely be back next year to continue the tradition of celebrating my son’s birthday with a fun filled lake weekend.

Great location off the water!

Great location with everything you need! We took a boat and the location off the water was perfect with plenty of depth to dock without fear. As with any rental things can always come up but Lori and Charles were great and stayed in constant communication. Great place that we'd stay again someday.

This property is outstanding; it is in a terrific location (especially if you like the water &/or like to fish), easy to get to, central to many of the best places in the Hill Country, and comes with just about anything and everything you might need to enjoy a short stay or an extended stay. The owners, Lori & Charles, go out of their way to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. Anything that we have needed or have had questions on in the past, one if not both of them, have been only a phone call or text message away. You could not ask for a more responsive couple Getting out of the Minnesota cold and snow and being able to stay at Unit P has become more of a tradition for my wife and I; we look forward to spending time in Horseshoe Bay each winter and most certainly enjoy any time we get to spend with Lori and Charles. Each year has brought special memories, one of the best for this year was my wife and Lori going strawberry picking and then all of of enjoying the strawberry eating. We can not thank Lori and Charles enough for providing this wonderful property for our use or for being such gracious and caring hosts.

Great birthday celebration

The owners of property were amazing! Stayed in contact with us during our stay, especially when bad weather was predicted. Perfect accommodations for what we needed for our family and the dock for our boat!

Good spot for HSB

Other than the check in process which is quite different than any other VRBO rental that we’ve ever had, this was a great rental. Lori and Charles made sure we had everythwe needed. We had some issues with a mix up with a coffee mug and another property in the complex we were staying at but Lori made sure it was straightened out. It seems we also misplaced some towels so that was our fault. So other than those self inflicted issues, great property and owners to work with.

Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful weekend for my son’s birthday. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and immediately responded to all questions. I will definitely try get this same property for next year.

Wonderful stay!

Even before we arrived Lori helped make sure we had all the information we needed to prepare for our stay regarding activities, entertainment, and food! The property was very comfortable and well-stocked! Everything was perfect for my family of 4: which included 2 teen boys. Thank you Lori! We will be back 😊
