Our room had an overwhelming stench that I have never encountered in a hotel before. I felt mislead by the online reviews in Expedia. The bathroom had feline products in the trashcan still giving me concern as to whether the room had been cleaned at all. To cover over the smell they placed car vent deodorant snaps so that as the air blew out, you were not just overpowered by the stench but also horrible car scents. I have horrible allergies and these are absolutely terrible on scale with febreeze. If something happened in that room the hotel shouldn’t use it until it’s been professionally cleaned and sanitized.

I came to visit family and the location was convenient, close to the highway with food options late night and gas stations/travel center nearby. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The check in process was seamless and easy. The breakfast was good. I did not like the checkout part. I was sent a text to check out and requested a late one, however, it seemed as though the request was not looked at because I still got knocks at the door. I called the front desk and was told on my second night there that it wasnt available. I just think that better communication could have been had, I was very tired and didn’t get to sleep in.

The front desk upon check in was extremely nice and helpful. The room needed vacuuming as hair and dirt stuck to my feet when getting into bed. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. I would stay there again.
