The room smelled horrible. There was such a strong smell had to leave windows open. Asked to switch rooms. And was told they couldn’t do that. It eventually lead to leaving early wnd paying for a night that wasn’t even used. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Worst experience with CS over an unclean room

We checked in and entered room. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Hair was everywhere. The sink had toothpaste in it and around it. Pillowcases on one bed was dirty along with the sheets.

Could have done better

The first impressions were not good. Some of he signs on the building are missing. The first room we were put in the shower curtin rod was broke. We were put in a different room and that room was not up to par wither. There was mold on the ceiling. SOMETHING on the wall. The fire alarm when off at around 3pm on the second day and the elevator quit working. By check out the next morning the elevators were still not working. When i pay $120+ a night i expect at least a clean room. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff but room needs work..

There were issues with the room.. shower faucet not working properly.. electric socket popping when plugging a charger.. woke up to highly humid floors and walls the next morning. and the elevator needed work too.. customer service was good tho.. the receptionist was helpful and friendly at check in.. the breakfast staff was hard at work the next morning making sure everything looked good and it did.
