Property is close to Oaklawn and nicely appointed inside. Apartment complex is a bit iffy but had covered parking and easy access to apartment.

We were here for the weekend for horse racing. The apartment was quiet and a quick walk to the race track. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely.

The property pictures online lead you to believe it’s upscale property. Flooring was buckled and coming up in several places. Amenities were cheap and lacking. It definitely was not as clean as the other VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo is really hard to find, when we called it was some guy that wasn’t even from the area so had no idea how to tell us to get there either. Moving forward, I will go back to VRBO listed properties and not those listed through vacasa on VRBO.

The interior of the house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with a few complimentary items provided. We arrived later than planned, and since it was already dark, we initially thought we might be in the wrong place; the exterior of the complex appeared a bit rundown and gave off a slightly sketchy vibe. Inside, however, the home was cozy and inviting, though there was a faint smell of humidity. A couple of things weren’t working (specifically the dishwasher and a sliding bathroom door), but when I reported them, the host responded immediately and offered to have them repaired during our stay. I chose not to have the repairs done at the time. Customer service was excellent—quick, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, my family and I had a great experience and truly enjoyed our time there. We’d honestly be happy to stay there again—it offered convenient and easy access to a variety of places.
