It was fine, nothing special. Felt like the common areas were not well kept up (floor in elevators needed steaming), floors in hallways needed vacuuming, for sure the starwell hadn't been vacuumed in a LONG time.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The gym was clean and the treadmills were nice. Oscar made our morning. We missed breakfast and he went out of his way to make sure our kids got something to eat. His kindness this morning was the best part of Thanksgiving for us this year.

Nice room and bed. Hot water didn’t work and the drain on tub didn’t work. Also refuse room 118 if a bus load of amped up hunters arrive. Nice hotel and I really like it.

I don't typically complain, but we checked in and it was OBVIOUS that the bathroom floor and shower had not been cleaned. I walked around the floor in shoes because there was hair everywhere. The hair was there when we arrived. The shower had considerable grime where it had not been scrubbed for awhile. Needs some deep cleaning. And definitely needed the bathroom floor swept and mopped. The bed was made, but it looked like my teenage daughter had made it. I do think it was clean bedding, but the staff that put the bedding on did a very sloppy job. Very disappointed.

I never leave negative or extensive reviews, but this stay requires it. Check in was terrible. I booked “pay at the hotel”, was told they had to use the card on file when I checked in. Not true at any of my previous similar stays. They did fix it, with a terrible attitude. Clerk tried to act like it was fixed without asking for the other payment option. When questioned she was very rude. NOISY room. Some type of motors/engines in a fenced in area right outside our window. It ran constantly. Centipedes in the bathroom. The shower curtain REEKED of soured fabric. Very low water pressure. The doors are so heavy they slam incredibly loud when closed unless you are super careful to hold it until it closes. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but due to a meat allergy (alpha-gal), was afraid to eat due to cross contamination. I was very hopeful since this is a fairly new hotel, but was very disappointed.
