Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo on Lake Hamilton! You will enjoy being so close to the lake, restaurants, marinas, and more! The complex has two pools, hot tub, and tennis court for guests to use. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 4 people and has enough amenities to make your stay comfortable. Relax while on your visit to Hot Springs with views of Lake Hamilton from the balcony!

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right near the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have sole access to their unit. Southshore has a lake-side pool and hot tub that are available for you to use, along with an additional pool located by the "K" building. There are also tennis courts in the neighborhood that are open for guest use.

Also in the Southshore Neighborhood are a few buildings of Timeshares. There are specific amenities for the timeshare owners that are not available for our guests to use.

Please note, we do not control issues and closures of the pool and hot tubs.

Hometown visit

I brought my mom one of her sisters to Hot Springs to visit family. They were born and raised here in Hot Springs and often make it back. The condo was Handicap accessible. and has a beautiful view. I enjoyed the access to the pool. Unfortunately, I never found access for taking a dip in the lake. We had a great time.

Quiet get away to slightly warmer climate

Would have been five stars for everything except for minor deficiencies. Owner communication was very good after we made text contact. Entry was delayed 1 1/2 hours because of wrong door lock code and no easy way to contact owner. VRBO needs to recognize that email is the new snail mail and provide a quick contact with owners. Electric outside grill didn’t work, not a problem for us. Listing shows Keurig coffee maker, but regular drip maker. Hence we arrived with the wrong kind of coffee. Kitchen mixer, food processor, nor blender were available. Kitchen also missing a simple, pancake turner and a cutting board. We strongly recommend this property. Our listing of minor deficiencies is primarily to help the owner make necessary corrections.
