Enjoy our newly restored designer bungalow! Our home is located within walking distance to the Oaklawn Race Track in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It’s central location will make for a relaxing and easy stay in Hot Springs.

THE SPACE

This newly restored 1940’s bungalow is the perfect setting for any type of stay in Hot Springs. We are centrally located, a short walk from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, within 5 minutes drive of downtown, and close proximity to Lake Hamilton. Guests can also enjoy the Hot Springs Greenway Trail, with a trailhead only minutes away. We hope to provide the luxury of a hotel stay, with the ease of a home. We have designed the space with decor that highlights the rich history of Hot Springs, AR.

GUEST ACCESS

As a guest, you may access the driveway, the backyard, the courtyard, and all amenities included with the house. Including WiFi, coffee, laundry access, Streaming Apps, and complimentary Mountain Valley water.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We currently live overseas but have a property manager in place and available for any needs that you may have. We don’t anticipate any hiccups, but should you need anything specific our manager is available. I am also available through the app.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Fireplace and piano are non-working, purely aesthetic, and historic of the home and family.

Our houseplants are regularly maintained, to avoid being overwatered, please do not give any drinks. :)

We have been visiting Hot Springs every year for our anniversary for St. Patrick's Day and we have finally found our forever spot! The Paddock is quaint, special and perfect. Location is right where you want to be and yet the neighborhood is quiet. Hosts are impeccable and the house has everything you could ever want. Will definitely be staying at The Paddock again!
