July 4th on Lake Balboa

We stayed at this location for our annual July 4th family reunion. It is nearby my folks place and very convenient going back and forth. It was as described and very clean. Staff were prompt and helpful throughout. Only minor pick is the check-in/check-out process is somewhat inconvenient as the west gate location is opposite our direction of travel. A better process would be a code or lockbox at the location. Other than that, it was a great visit!

Wedding Anniversary

The home was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips have stayed in the village many times since 2006. We have also invited family members to rent in the past years. We always enjoy staying in those beautiful homes. We will be renting again really soon.

Hot Springs Village Getaway

This house is in a quiet and safe gated community with lakes and golfing. We visited for the solar eclipse and found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. There were only five of us but the house could comfortably accommodate twice that many. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing time and don't mind a few hills.

House considerations

The house and stay was exceptional! Very clean and adequate seating for our family. The are some things one may want to consider. There were some light bulbs out in the dining area and especially the master bedroom. (No ceiling light available) Had to hold the coffee pot up to push the spring so the water would flow to the pot when making coffee (not really a fault of the house, just probably something that needs to be replaced). Dish cloths would be a nice item to add in addition to the towels. Personally, I needed to wash items while cooking (only had one large cooking pan) while fixing dinner and I neglected to purchase a sponge at the store. Ended up having to use one of the dish towels to wash items and wipe off stove, counter tops and table because we didn’t have “extra” wash cloths in the bathrooms.

Beautiful property, quiet surroundings

We had our family from Europe visiting and this place was the perfect stay. Everybody has enjoyed their own little space in the house and the quietness of the forest made it complete. We were honored to stay in the the house of our Italian neighbors. Non vedo l'ora per la nostra prossima vacanza .Ci vediamo!

Terrific Location in the Village

My children and I stayed here when we attended a funeral in HSV. It was a great place to go to when quiet time was needed. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The pool table was fun! We would love to return here for a happier occasion in the next year or so!

Mini Family Reunion

To be honest, the pictures on the website did not do the property justice. It far exceeded my expectations. The best part was the downstairs with the pool table. The teens loved that! Overall, it was well worth the money.

Perfect house for family gathering

Quiet and perfect amount of room. Close to fishing, hiking, golf, and the beach. 15 minutes from downtown out the East gate. Experienced it all and was back home for supper every day. Pool table was a nice perk.

Nice Place

Overall the place was nice. The biggest complaint was that the AC unit went out and we spent our entire last day sweating to death. I would have expected an offer for some sort of discount but that didnt happen. Oh well what can you do. Again though, the overall property was pretty nice.

It’s quite time

It was really fun and exciting to get out of town and come to Hot Springs we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery the house was really homey just the right amount of space apart For me and my family thanks again for the hospitality will rent again
