The Staff was very nice and helpful especially Niesha. And Iyana is very helpful also and the valet crew was awesome George and SARAH and give SARAH a bigger coat please and thank you

The Worst.
This was one of the worst hotels experiences I’ve had. I was traveling with four other coworkers, we lasted only two of three nights because of our combined wide ranging issues and safety concerns. Issues were: dirty floors and walls, no comforter on bed, multiple broken lights, leaving lights off and returning to them on along with TV after requesting no service as well as a shattered window from a gun shot on the 10th floor across from a parking garage.
