Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space is private and separate from the main home. Near I-10, Highway 6 and Westpark Toll. Near stores and two parks and an extensive walking trail along with a Best Buy and a Walmart. There are several movie theaters within 12 minutes. There are at least a hundred national and international restaurants within a 10 minute drive or less.

The space is clean and has two bedrooms, yet 3 spaces for sleeping. There is a living room and a kitchenette. A full-size fridge, a double burner, coffee maker, ice maker, air fryer/toaster oven and more.

It has air and multiple heating sources. There is a huge picture window. There are doors on 3 of the 4 spaces for privacy.

The property has a 6 foot brick wall that it's enclosed by. The area is pretty quiet.

Within 16 minutes of 3 major malls, within 4 minutes of 3 grocery stores and a Walmart.

Near multiple highway access points

You have a full-size fridge and a separate ice making machine. We have a full-size shower. All appliances are new as of January 2024, except the fridge. The hosts are welcoming and warm. We enjoy wonderfully diverse guests from all over the globe. There is a back stretcher that you have access to and can use. We have some light weights to share upon request. We have lots of board games to share upon request. If you'd like a table and office chair, those are also available upon request. If you need to borrow (short-term) camera stands besides the selfie stick in your space, they are available. We also have a green screen and sky backdrop available upon request 😀. Feel free to use any seasonings or food in the fridge or freezer. The apartment has blackout curtains that can help to keep out the serious Texas summer heat.

During the summer months, the community pool is usually available.

We love guests. While we interact when we see you, we respect your privacy. The best way to reach me is through the app. While I am often home because I work from home, I am usually unavailable for a door knocking or a rung doorbell. I am usually in meetings most days. Please message me through the app. I'll respond as soon as possible. If there is an emergency, please message, ring the doorbell, and knock on the door.
