The lady was very rude. She charged me $15 for an extra person and said I had to pay cash or I couldnât check in to charge me a $50 deposit and kept it. The headboard fell apart and fell on my foot and instead of compensating me, she kept my deposit and tried to call the police terrible service terrible attitude. This lady is highly confrontational. And I want my money back, including my deposit.
My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of drugs, in the hallways and rooms.
We booked a day in advance and called hotel.com to confirm our stay and was reassured that they had a room for us and said the hotel confirmed our stay. After landing from airport at 1030pm with our daughter , we were tired and hungry. We drove almost an hour to get to the hotel and they told us they over booked and there was no rooms available. We had no where to go because all the hotels around were sold out. This was the worst experience and would not recommend this place.
There was no parking when I checked in, so I parked across the parking lot and my car was towed. I am now late for work and cannot locate my car either.
They do not have Internet in the room, it is neglected with burnt sheets, its burnt lights and it is appreciated that there is no constant maintenance, I'm sorry I had to say
